This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had! They were unprofessional, ended up damaging our water heater while trying to find a leak in the roof, AND have not reimbursed hundreds of dollars in costs for damages they said they’d pay, and it’s now over a MONTH later. They never answer my calls, are extremely unresponsive and unprofessional, and what’s worse: the roof was never fixed nor did they even identify what’s causing the leak. Do not waste your time, money and stress with this company - find someone else who knows what they’re doing and can act professionally in the process.
