I felt they were not totally truthful. We had used Excalibur before to repair part of the roof. We asked the people about the ones we had worked with before. They said they knew them, but it definitely seemed weird. They also told us that the bright blue underpayment was a new product but when I asked Home Depot about it, I was told it was underpayment was for laminate flooring. I also was just told a price for broken tiles, no proof of how many they replaced. Their job was fine, but I don’t think they were honest about everything.

Caliber Roofing did an excellent job replacing the underlayment on my 20+ year old roof. While they did not come in the cheapest, they did quality work that will last. I had a freak wind last summer a year after installation that removed several tiles and the foreman Chris came out on his free time and placed the tiles back free of charge. Several of the tiles had broken but luckily I kept a handful of extra tiles from my job the year before and I had just enough to replace the tiles that were broken. I highly recommend Caliber Roofing and will use them again in the future if I need any repairs. Thanks Chris and Caliber Roofing! Excellent work and extremely satisfied customer!

I recently had my roof replaced and gutters installed. The representative Rich came out same day I inquired about a quote. They have completed everything and it looks great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Caliber Roofing did an awesome job! We needed a full tear-off and replacement for our flat roof home.

I did a LOT of research and gathered 10 estimates. Rich was on time for the estimate, and was able to give us a price for roof replacement, gutters and even some electrical work to add ceiling fan outlets.

The job was scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. The project manager, Chris, came out beforehand and did some final measurements, lead paint testing, etc.

The job started on Monday. The crew was here at 9:00 sharp. They removed the existing roof, replaced it, applied the foam and the first layer of elastomeric coating in one day. The job superintendent, Tanner, was here for much of the day. Rich and Chris also came by to check on the work. The crew finished with a clean-up job that was perfect.

They returned on Tuesday to place the second layer of coating on the roof.

Our house is small, so I was amazed at the level of involvement by everyone at Caliber Roofing! Every detail was perfectly attended to.

We couldn’t be happier with the care and service that we received. Everyone was extremely professional and explained everything throughout the entire process.

Five stars isn’t enough, and I’m very discerning with my reviews. I would highly recommend Caliber Roofing if you are looking for a job done right, reasonably priced, and you appreciate excellent customer care.

This company had solid reviews when I was researching for a roof replacement in 2020, so I ended up going with them after what seemed like a good estimate--although I didn't realize that they reuse what tile they can, instead of replacing all of the tile, when they replace a roof. As this was my rookie experience with a tile roof, I had no idea. That should have been better communicated.

But lesson learned, and they replaced my entire roof, which came in at about the estimated cost, and the work seemed fine--until water started coming through my garage drywall ceiling Christmas Eve of 2021. I looked in my attic, and water was streaming from the roof. After they came out to survey the damage, my rep told me that they "would take care of me."--until a month later, when I could finally pin down my guy enough to get a response: they said that it was not their bad, especially when they couldn't find the leak. That the responsibility was mine for my now-leaking roof. When I repeatedly asked what he would do in my shoes, he finally said that he "refused to be pinned down into answering that question."

So I had to dance the dance with them several times more, and ultimately had to threaten to file a complaint with the AZ Registry of Contractors before they agreed to fix the problem. They finally replaced a section of the roof above the leak. The guy acted like he had gone to heroic measures for me afterwards, BTW. That he was on my side. Shaking my head then, and still am. Terribly insulting and demeaning experience.

Fast forward a year later, and they reached out to see if I could give them a review to help their business. I told them that they definitely did not want a review from me, and they should just leave me alone. That if they just left me alone, I would not post anything. However, I told them if I received any more contacts, I would reciprocate with my review, in all of its glory. So today I received a holiday solicit from them, so here is my review.

And here is my conclusion: DO NOT use this company, and do not believe the "one off" response that will no doubt be posted in response to this review. This was a systemic (company) issue, and my situation shows what happens when something goes wrong with one of their jobs. I still have all of my documentation, in case something worse happens. I will never use them again.

On time to give me the estimate, on time to install the new roof, excellent communication from start to finish and no leaks...especially after the last monsoon! Use them!

Caliber replaced storm damaged roof approximately 2 years ago and has stayed intact thru high winds and heavy rain.

I had caliber roofing come out and add foam insulation to my enclosure roof so it wouldnt leak.got a quote was reasonable .they came out was done less than 5 hours in a day .this was about 3years ago.my roof hasnt leaked at the enclosure area....they do warranty it for 5yrs maybe more

Caliber Roofing fixed our house’s original roof to get us ready for monsoon season. They replied immediately, were responsive and accommodating for an estimate, and were transparent through the whole process. The work was done quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Chris and their team of workers were outstanding.
They communicated very well with us from the beginning of the process to the end. Chris also returned several times to repair a part that was accidentally damaged on our basketball rim.
We have gotten so many compliments by neighbors and truly enjoy the new look of our home.

I've had bad experiences with roofers in the past so I'm very glad I found Caliber Roofing. I had a problematic 'bowl effect' flat roof with Mansard sides. Other roofers simply sprayed an additional layer of coating on it indicating it was fixed, but I'd end up with a swimming pool up there every time it rained and I'd have to spend hours sweeping water to the downspouts, and then they would ignore my phone calls, texts, and emails. Rocco came out, took lots of pictures, and actually consulted a professional roofing engineer to figure out how to finally correct the problem. It had to be stripped down to the plywood and raised 8" in the center in order to be properly sloped for drainage. Both Rocco and Chris explained the whole process and promptly responded whenever I called or texted. The crew was kind and considerate, cleaned up after themselves, and showed up when I was told to expect them. After having been 'yanked around' by other roofers, Caliber was a very refreshing experience and I highly recommend them to all. I actually look forward to the next rain and can't wait to see what all this extra foam and topcoat of silicone do for my next electric bill. UPDATE 3/29/2021: We had our first rain a couple of weeks ago. It apparently came down soft and quiet during the night because I didn't hear it, but I woke up at 12:30 AM to what sounded like someone pulling a big drain plug from an upstairs bathtub. It was the sound of rainwater from the roof rushing down the corner downspout just outside my bedroom, wow! I've never heard that before because the water would previously just pool up there. Once I figured out the strange, new noise I was able to go back to sleep feeling confident the roof was performing as designed. I checked it the next morning and, sure enough, there was just some remnants of water and it was beaded up like on a well-waxed car.

I have a reasonable amount of experience with roofers so I had some comparator companies in making my assessment of Caliber. Caliber is by far the best. Rocco and Chris are sharp, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They were both a pleasure to deal with--took my calls, answered my questions thoroughly, provided pictures with follow up explanations, got me scheduled promptly, and did an excellent job on my roof. I never felt rushed or confused about the process. Caliber is a top notch group offering top quality and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Great job on the roof, fast and looks good. Quote was reasonable, and they fixed some damage I had in a few spots. Quote was easy to get, financing at 0% was an option I qualified for and have to pay off in 1 year or less which a good deal. Used the FT synthetic platinum underlayment which is better than the 40-pound felt and better life expectancy. UPDATE: for the past year despite the pounding rain of the 2022 monsoon - no leaks and great work.

I've worked with many vendors. I built my own house so can say with confidence that Caliber stands out from the other vendors I have used. They are reasonable with costs, they are responsive, they are respectful. Most of all, they treated us like we were their only project and they completed the work within the discussed timeline. The most impressive thing was that after the project was completed, the chimney was leaking when we had those heavy rain storms and Caliber was still responsive to us and the problem. Most vendors never call back when there is a problem after they finish the job and you must hound them over and over before they even return the first call. I'm very satisfied with the work and would recommend Caliber to my friends which says a lot, as I don't normally give out recommendations. Thanks for an easy experience.

Very prompt response to a leaking roof. Well new roofing material that has not leaked a drop since. They had good follow up with the job and provided a high level of customer service. We are satisfied.

they just did our neighbors roof and blew all the dust debris into our yard, that covered our entire concrete patio, pool decking, pool and our sidewalk to our backyard and they also threw several roofing nails into our yard and onto our concrete patio where our dog walks and other debris roofing material, asked them to come and clean it up, they never did so guess what I had to do when I got home from work tonite. Very unprofessional on Caliber Roofings part. There was no reason for them to do that in our yard. .

They warrantee their work as well. Tanner did a great job coming out to see the damage and explain how the repair would be completed. The free estimate came the next day. I signed the quote and emailed back. The repair was scheduled promptly. I am in construction and have seen hacks. These guys are craftsmen.
