As a person that’s had bad experiences with roofing contractors in the past, I took my time choosing the right contractor to replace our flat roof in Santa Fe. Randy came out to give me a quote, and actually wanted me to be there when he came to inspect the roof, which stood out to me.

After receiving 5 roofing quotes, not only was the estimate from Cabezón one of the most affordable, but it was also the most thorough in explaining the work that they would do.

Though the journey to getting the roof installed came with some permit difficulty from the city, they were communicative and seriously did everything they could to get the permit process approved.

During installation, Cade was communicative about where they were at in the process and what was left to do. Once the roof was installed, there was a snag with a vertical section that was covered, and they came back out to paint it to match our siding.

Their website says that the job isn’t finished until you’re 100% satisfied, and that’s 100% true. They’re also certified from the TPO manufacturer, and the company that makes the TPO actually comes out to inspect the roof once it’s done to makes sure everything has been installed properly.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest roofing contractor that they can trust, that truly stands behind their work and their product.

Cade and his crew are the best. Quick response, work is top notch, they show up when they say they will, clean up afterwards. 5 stars all the way.

The team at Cabezon were great. Jerome was very knowledgeable explaining everything they had to do to replace my flat roof to make it drain properly as well as the product and overall process. Randy and Cade were very professional when it came to the installation. I was informed timely when the project would be installed and well informed on preparations needed. All in all a great experience. We ran into an issue on a floodlight after the installation on my garage and they jumped right on troubleshooting it to get it fixed. Cabezon Roofing was hired to TPO our 10K+ flat roof on our commercial building located at 10820 Comanche NE. We had a full TPO roof replacement done a couple years ago and it was time for the annual roof inspection as required by the manufacturer. Cabezon Roofing recently redid my mom's pitched roof. Everything went great from start to finish with no surprises. Quote was detailed and Jerome explained everything so we knew exactly what to expect. Shingles come with a 50 year warranty. We're very pleased with the quality of their work. Just had a new tpo roof installed on a 35 year old (previously tar and gravel) home we bought. These guys were awesome! Very professional and extremely helpful. Cade was awesome to work with from continuous updates to tackling any minor issues that came along. No shady up sales after the roof was tore off. We had a full roof replacement, and couldn't be happier with our new roof or the excellent customer service we received from Cabezon Roofing! I just want to highlight a few things that we were most impressed with: Jerome made everything from performing the estimate, coming out to the house for paperwork and contracts, and then scheduling the installation, a smooth and efficient process. Cade went out of his way to help us select the right shingles for our house by providing us with samples to view and expert advice. The crew was always there when they said they would be, they worked efficiently, and they were very careful when cleaning up. Cade has an eye for detail and not only made sure that our damaged roof was repaired with high-quality materials but also gave us a finished product that looks great!

Cabezon roofing just recently finished a 30,000 sq ft commercial roof for me. The roof has an amazing warranty and we’ve had zero issues since install. I’ve never had a commercial roof installed that didn’t have issues for a while. The installers were professional and clean. The TPO manufacturer engineer came out on the last day and I overheard him saying the roof was perfect. I also had my A/C installers comment on how good a job the roofers did. They told me they see a lot of roof installs that didn’t look nearly as good. I'm very happy with Cabezon Roofing.

This company did a very good job for us at our home on our 16-year-old metal roof that needed a tuneup. They were on time and did everything well and cleaned up afterwards. Very trustworthy company.

I contacted Jerome of Cabezon Roofing regarding a leak from my tile roof.
Jerome was very responsive and scheduled an inspection in the next couple of days.
Cabezon Roofing was the only roofer out of 4 others I had contacted that took the effort
to inspect the leak by going into the attic. This allowed him to determine the location of the leak.
Repair was scheduled in the next few days and completed the same day they began. Repair also
included re-sealing of all the roof vents to help deter any possible future leaks. I would recommend
Cabezon Roofing for your roofing needs!

Cabezon Roofing did a great job on replacing our 17 year old roof with a new TPO roof. The employees were professional and showed up every day on time and worked hard each day despite the weather. They kept the areas clean and made sure to adhere to our HOA guidelines.
Randy was able to save us about $10,000 under other estimates and provided a 20 year warranty from GAF. They responded immediately to any of our questions or needs. We would highly recommend Cabezon Roofing for your new or replacement roof.

I just had cabazon roofing come by they were on time and very informative I will be doing my roof with them
