My parents needed a new roof for their home. My brother (who is a roofer in a different state) and I contacted the owner and asked a few questions. We were satisfied with his answers and decided to go with his company after receiving several quotes. My parents put down the deposit and the company started the roof installation in two days. The crew came at 5:30 in the morning, worked until it began to rain, waited the rain out and began working again. They finished the roof in one day- unbelievable!!! We were extremely impressed. They cleaned up after themselves and the debris from the yard. The crew and owner were professional, very friendly and extremely meticulous. I would DEFINITELY do business with them again! We just love the new roof, THANK YOU FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB!!

Cabacar Contracting did a fantastic job!! They installed a new roof in 2020 and today they installed new fascia trim. The workers were courteous, on time and thorough. Will be the first call if any other needs arise!!

This company was a great find. They were recommended to me by a friend and when I tell you responsive, prompt, and effective. Nish was able to assess the roof, order materials, and re-do the roof within 7- days. Excellent service and responsive. I will recommend him to others.

I don’t even know where to start with this review. Communication was beyond excellent. Paid deposit without issue - work began as soon as the material was delivered (2 days). Work was done in 1 day. I couldn’t believe it. 3 layers of old shingles gone - beautiful 30 year architectural shingles left in their place. Detached garage was falling apart - you can’t even tell it was damaged. The workmanship was worth every penny.

Side note - upon my arrival, the crew was sweeping the yard for nails and other debris. Top notch customer service. Will definitely consider them for my future business.

5 star service from Cabacar Contracting, LLC. today. Have used this company multiple times now for roofing work/skylight installation/repair. Great service.
In the most recent case: A Velux skylight was installed by Cabacar which failed due to some sort of faulty manufacturing. Very odd break: shattered completely on an unusually warm day, apparently that can be a problem w/ Velux skylights from time to time. Velux did everything they could to make it right and sent a new skylight within days (customer service rep 5 * as well), Cabacar installed it the day we told him it had come in with no cost. Many thanks Cabacar!!

What a wonderful experience having professional personnel in their field of expertise remove my 32 year old roofing shingles while protecting my foundation landscape shrubbery and flower beds. Frankly, I had put off having roofing work done out of fear of the cost, but I went ahead and asked for quotes from four firms. I received three estimates and signed with the middle cost quote: CABACAR ROOFING company.
We have a two story framed house with three dormers, a full attic, and
attached garage - this all on a 9 inch to 12 inch very steep roof pitch.
We had hurricane damage to the dormers which required some plywood replacement - this they accomplished without any delay. I would certainly use this company again, and highly recommend this company for your work.

First time dealing with this company and I am five star satisfied. Completely professional and responded quickly to a minor problem that occurred, not their fault, and took care of it quickly. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for anything having to do with their roof. You will get a quality job at a fair price.

We had some hail and wind damage to our roof and we called Cabacar to come out and give us an estimate. The owner of the business came out to inspect the roof and determine if a new roof was needed. He came out right away and sent an estimate for the roof to be replaced, and for the existing skylights to be replaced as well. They have been leaking for years, and he told us how he would install the new ones to keep them from leaking.The bid was very reasonable and very detailed in regards to the work that would be done. We checked into a few other companies, but after seeing the quality of work that Cabacar does, we decided to go with them! Great company and fantastic results!

After waiting until I had a leak to have my roof inspected I was panic stricken. Cabacar contracting came to inspect the roof in no time. Not only were they prompt but very professional. I felt at ease with the explanation of what was necessary and the problem at hand. If I had to ask a million questions I’m sure he would have answered them. The pricing was very reasonable and better than what I had been previously priced.

I have since had to do other renovations to my home and other contractors have complimented the workmanship of my roof! Of course I highly recommend!!

He knows A to Z of roofing.. Quality work, second time hiring him.. I called around a couple of other contractors to see if i will get a better rate but nope, very responsive and takes pride in his work.. Glad i went with Cabacar Contracting. Def my roofing guy from now!
