Terrible service.

I initially called C&M in January to schedule a roof inspection due to recent water damage on the inside of our home. Elaine called me back pretty quickly and said she would let me know when they can come out due to winter weather, which was completely understandable.

We were postponed again in early February due to the owner being sick - again, understandable. A week later, Charlie called to tell me he would come out the following Sunday or Monday, but he never showed up and never called to tell me he wasn't coming.

And that was it. No one called me back after that, and no one ever came out for inspection.

I made a call to another local roofing company who has been MUCH more responsive, and they are getting my business instead.

We had a great experience working with C & M! Charley and Elaine are very professional and available. The crew did a wonderful job with our roof and gutters. I will use their services again if needed.

We are very happy with our new roof ! Charlie and his crew were very efficient and the work was done at the most reasonable price we could find.

I like to start off saying that I take reviews very seriously and if I could give 10 stars I would Charlie was the only roofer who finally contacted me back wasn't for sure if he was gonna drive a hour away to do a repair with me being in kokomo we communicated by phone I took pictures and by the grace of God his crew was here the next day and early his crew is very professional Francisco and his partner was very professional and friendly they did a awesome job!! Charlie is very honest and fair just a good all around person so don't second guess go with C & M Roofing

C & M Roofing did an excellent roof installation for us. Very professional and the entire crew was exceptional. Highly recommend C & M Roofing if you are in the market for an excellent roofing contractor. Very respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up everything. This job was a tear off and install new roof.

I just cannot say enough about Charlie and his crew. When I called about a roof leak, Charlie replied personally and immediately and was out the next day to (again, personally) inspect our roof. He took pics on the roof and used those to discuss the problems with us. He gave us a quote on the spot and and sent an excellent crew out the next day to do the agreed upon work. The crew was amazing. They were so quiet and neat. I noticed that they bagged their waste on the roof and threw it down to the ground in trash bags. There were no nails, scraps, etc. to clean up after they left. The invoicing was via email and very efficient. We will absolutely be calling Charlie again if we need roofing work done. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

Charlie responded quickly. My roof was leaking during the rain we had, he was able to come out and take a look that day and fix it the very next day. Highly recommend, great to work with.

Had them replace the roof on my house and garage. Did exactly what they said they'd do when they said they were going to do it

Deer season is more important than us! Time for second inspection with insurance and got this text I will be getting a roof and Charlie knows I have 10,000 to pay if insurance declines the hail storm.(so not a waste of time if declined) I have an active leak around my chimney..He couldn't make it today understandable short notice..reset for this Friday and still can not make it. When I asked if he was serious due to deer hunting season I got this back "Yes I wait all year for opening day to come in And all state is the worst there is I'm not gonna let them Ruin my opening weekend They will have to come in the middle of this coming week". Thanks so much, we really liked you and thought you were very professional until today.

Seriously lacking in communication skills. After/during initial quote, was told I'd get something in writing via email but it never happened. I called and spoke to Elaine after a few days to remind them to email the quote info. Elaine said she'd get the info from Charlie & email me. Weeks and weeks went by with zero communication initiated by Charlie or Elaine. Plus I never got that email. A month later, I called and got Charlie once but was met with excuses. Charlie told me he'd call the EVENING BEFORE they were coming out for repair. After almost 2 months (total after initial verbal quote), I received one feeble voicemail early one morning (not the promised "evening before") saying they'd come out that day. Zero has happened since then and it's been another week. Just as well though. I don't want them touching my house now. I know this review sounds harsh but it's the gospel truth. No professionalism. No nothing. Hire them at your own risk. Typical hayseeds!

Just like family! We had an insurance claim after a storm came through and left behind minor damage. C&M Roofing was at our house the following morning and worked well with our insurance company. From the day we filed our claim to the day work was complete, it didn't even take a full 2 weeks. The crew was kind and left our home as if they were never here - everything was so clean! We trusted Charley's recommendations on everything and he didn't disappoint! It was like having "Dad" coach us through.

I highly recommend C & M Roofing for all your roof needs .. I was in a bind having to complete a roof job in a short time . My mom passed away and her roof had major roof damage and needed to be replaced . I was able to call C & M Roofing and they came out gave a great price and was able to tear roof off and complete in less then two day.. Great grew , great family owned business ... You won't find a better company..

I asked for an estimate, Charlie came out the next morning and we got the ball rolling! I had a new roof within a week and they did a great job for a great price. Try doing better anywhere else!

C & M Roofing just put a beautiful roof on my house. There was no mess left behind. Elaine and Charlie were very helpful and did all the paperwork for the insurance. I would highly recommend them.

After a powerful wind storm, my husband and I were confident we had roofing damage. We had a number of visible missing shingles. Someone on our neighborhood Facebook page asked for recommendations of roofing companies. We looked at the reviews and chose three different companies from our neighbors listings. We also called our insurance company to have them come and assess the damage. Of the three companies, C&M was the most courteous (Elaine) and was also willing to meet with our insurance agent. The other two companies didn't thoroughly listen to my initial questions or avoided answering if they would meet our insurance agent to "see" the damage together.
Charlie came to my home numerous times to meet our agent (2 of the times our insurance agent no showed). After working out our contract, we set the date for the work to be completed. The men arrived early and began working immediately. They kept our yard clean and were finished that afternoon. I was very impressed that we didn't find any excess roofing nails (a concern with having 4 children and 2 dogs).
Elaine, the office manager, has been a pleasure to communicate with. She has always returned our phone calls and emails promptly. I feel she truly understood the needs of my family. My husband and I have been pleased the outstanding service we have received from C&M. and would recommend them to anyone.
