We hired C. Elwell Construction to redo our front steps, back deck, and build us a mudroom on the side of our house. Wow! We’re new homeowners and I was really nervous hiring a contractor for the first time - you hear horror stories about being ghosted, or having super unexpected costs in the middle of a project. I couldn’t be happier with Connor and his constant communication, his friendliness, his work ethic, and the results of our brand new additions. It really puts into perspective how badly this work needed to be done compared to how great it looks now. He has set the bar very high in what to expect out of a contractor. They showed up when he said they would, they left their worksite clean every night, they were super fair in pricing, and didn’t vary from the initial estimate at all - all my initial fears of hiring for our first project were quickly put to rest. They were also very kind and understanding as our very curious two-year-old son wanted to watch their every move when they’d be working after he got home, lol. After the work was done, the next day he kept asking for the “construction guys.” We are genuinely looking to see what else could be done and can’t wait to get back on their schedule. Couldn’t recommend this team enough.

Fast and professional, I would recommend to anyone looking for quality work. He replaced my deck in just a day and it was well done and clean! Can’t say enough with how satisfied I am with his work!
