C/D is not accredited company as some think they do not respond to repairs that need to be done finding out that all flashing missing behind the gutters now I have water in my home they do not return calls they do not keep appointments they have not responded to repair the facia on my house or the gutters I do not recommend them at all for nothing

C & D know their stuff. Extremely professional and know exactly how to work with insurance companies on your behalf. They use the best quality materials anywhere and build for weather of Colorado. You new roof will withstand anything the StL can throw at it.

Excellent work with insurance company to approve claim for roof replacement. Work crew showed up on time and worked throughout the day. Would use again!

We had a new roof installed by this company and it has turned into a nightmare as listed below. The company will not respond or resolve the issues.
1. The new roof leaked and caused Damage to our drywall. They won’t return call to repair.
2. When they installed new roof our ceiling cam lights came loose from ceiling in both the kitchen and atrium and they did come and push them up with a broom but they fell out again and they won’t fix.
3. The gutters on a part of the house were crooked and we had to have them come back out to fix.
4. We paid to have fans installed in roof to remove heat from attack and they never installed.
5. They recommended a color for the roof and it turned out to be awful with the siding color but they said we accepted the color. We do u sweat and this and we should have made our own recommendation.

This company is NOT responsive and very unprofessional. Biggest mistake we made was going with them.

We had to have some repairs done from a storm that occurred in August. We ended up having our roof, gutters, deck, siding and fence all taken care of with C&D. The team that did our roof was very messy and lacked professionalism. We also had a similar experience with the crew that did the siding, fence and deck. Each crew was different. They worked odd hours and were very inconsistent with their schedules. For example: the crew that did our siding would show up at around 3:00 in the afternoon and work until dark. This would be fine except we have small kids and the banging on the walls really scared them. It also took a full week to finish the job due to an inconsistent schedule. The crew left nails and trash everywhere as well as all of the cigarette butts. The crew that did the fence and deck were also unreliable and did a very subpar job completing both. The company was not very responsive and really only reached out when asking for money. Would not recommend if you're looking for someone reliable or professional.

Dale (owner) was super great to work with. Fun personality. The roof and all looks great! Everyone from all the teams that did the different work were awesome!

I had a wonderful experience working with C&D Roofing and Shane their sales associate is amazing. Great job working with us to get what we wanted with no cost out of pocket. Can't recommend these guys enough for roofing and gutter needs.

Dale and Dale Sr are simply put...NICE, honest people. We couldn't be happier with the service from beginning to end. Dale is willing to meet the insurance inspector and I highly recommend you take him up on that! They know what they are talking about. They've been in business a long time. WE are very happy with the quality of our roof and the service we received throughout the process!

The complete roofing job was quickly and professionally completed in one day. After they left I did a complete walk around my house and I couldn't find any nails or roofing trash laying in the yard, driveway or street. The crew and management staff treated us with total respect. YES I would recommend this company to my friends, family and to anyone that needs to have a roofing job thats professionally done. C&D Roofing from a first phone call till the end were amazing. Dale (young Dale) was super nice and honest. He made sure all of our questions were anwered and always made him self avaialble for any follow up questions. Process was smooth and we love our new roof. Quality is above the regular everyday roof. C&D staff were kind and explained everything in a simple language. I defintely recommend them for you next roof. You will make a mistake if you call somebody else. They are THE BEST.

Friendly, professional, courteous!!!! We had a minor leak in our roof which Dale locate and repaired in less than a half hour. We are so pleased that we want them to replace the fascia and guttering also. Thank you C & D!!!!!

The experience from beginning to end was great!! They worked with my insurance adjuster directly, made our claim extremely easy for us, and explained every step to complete detail. The replacement of our roof went extremely smooth and looks amazing!! I highly recommend this company and will be using them again!

The office staff worked to find a convenient time for a consultation/appraisal, Dale came by and checked out the job then sat down and went over the details. He is very knowledgeable and professional yet he makes you feel like you are working with an old friend. (He even helped us pick out a color that compliments our brick). We weren't pressured, there were no "add ons" or hidden fees and the cost was well below what we expected. We signed on Saturday and they were here Tuesday morning. When they finished we had a beautiful new roof and no mess left behind! What more could you want? Thank you Dale, office staff and crew at C & D Roofing!!!

WOW!! What a difference a company who knows what they are doing makes. We had a roof done several years ago, from a popular company with no “flare” or anything really special, but very popular in St Louis. When the insurance company denied our roof in November, the other company seemed they were too busy to fight, we thought we had no choice. The way our sales rep Dale and his company fought our insurance company when they denied us was nothing ordinary. We had Dale knock on our door, and I was unsure about a door-to-door salemen... especially when it comes to roofing. It seems like almost nightly you hear about a roofing scam on the news. I am so glad I listened to what he said, and had him evaluate our home. Dale got onto the roof and walked around our home, doing an entire HOME INSPECTION, not just the roof. He took pictures of the damage, and setup to get the insurance back to the house. I got a phone call one day with a time, and both Dale and the adjuster showed up together. They evaluated the damage, and got the roof plus much more than originally thought approved. This company really seems like they care about you, and not just the bottom dollar. I would recommend C&D to ANYONE, 7 days out of 7 days. Thank you C&D for the beautiful new exterior on my house... and thank you Dale III, without you none of it would have been possible. Bravo!

Dale, his company and his team did an awesome job on my roof damaged after a hail storm. They worked with my insurance company and provided a competitive quote. I trusted them to do the job while I was on vacation missing the mess and noise. When I returned, you would never have known work was done except for the awesome looking new roof.

We have owned our house for 25 years and we were absolutely amazed at the difference a new roof made to the appearance of our home! We shopped around and had quotes from other contractors but Dale was hands down the right contractor for the job. Forget about price (really, he works hard to make sure you pay as little as possible out of pocket) he really is excellent at explaining the process and working with insurance companies to make sure the smallest details are taken care of. Work was completed in one day and our neighbors took three for a similar size roof! The crew was professional and not a nail or piece of shingle was left behind. Highly recommend!

I had C&D Roofing replace my roof. They offered a low price and high quality material. The installers showed up as scheduled, made quick work of the roof, and left no mess behind. I consider it my good fortune to have contacted C&D. I talked to a couple other roofing contractors but their representative really impressed me with his knowledge and honesty. They were here when scheduled and the work was incredible. I actually had neighbors asking about the work. They cleaned everything to where it looked like it was when they arrived. I paid for this weeks ago and the representative called recently to make sure I was satisified.

C & D Roofing wasn't the first roofing company we contacted. We had a bid from another roofing company with a very recognizable jingle within the St. Louis area. We wanted more than one bid and contacted C & D Roofing since they'd taken care of our neighbors roof and siding. Dale with C & D Roofing was the only person to step up and go to bat for us when our insurance carrier denied complete hail damage. Both roofing companies had recognized complete damage to the roof, but the other company just said they don't "haggle" with insurance carriers. Dale got in touch with our insurance company and asked for a second adjuster to meet him at our home. Dale didn't give up until the adjuster acknowledged full hail damage. The claim was readjusted and because of Dale we had our roof replaced. Dale made the difference.

Great company that is professional, courteous, and most importantly honest. The crew cleans up after the job and the roof looks fantastic. They are also easy to contact and respond quickly to a customer's query.

Back in May of 2016, we had a horrible hail storm roll through. We were relatively new homeowners so we didn't know the first thing about hail damage to roofs. Dale and his crew came by promptly when they said they would and looked at our roof and recommended we have our insurance company take a look at it. They had a representative come out to meet and assist the insurance agent to assure everything was being looked at properly. The insurance company gave the ok on the work and Dale and his team worked to fulfill the insurance claim. The roof looks beautiful again. Dale and his team are most concerned with putting the customer's needs first. I would definitely use them again.

Chris and Dale are great to work with. They explain things so you can understand... The work they did was perfect. I love my beautiful new roof. Free upgrade to architectural shingles! It looks much better than the old 3 tab. Their crew started on the first rain free day, and they left my yard cleaner than when they arrived, not a single nail or debris left behind. I highly recommend this father, son company.
