Came recommended by friend. Read the reviews and still called. The gentleman who answered the phone was semi-rude. I had a squirrel damage to the chimney and a dog chewed on a lower section. I explained this on the phone. He stated they were in the slow time of year and this would not be an issue. He would have someone out same day. That afternoon a young man showed up. I walked to the area. I already had a ladder up and was ready for them to look at the damage. I was shocked when he said he could see it from the ground. NO ONE had seen it from the ground. It was found on a home inspection. When I asked about a price, he said he did not do that end of the business, someone would call. He took no measurements or pictures!!!! I was shocked. 5 days later and still no call. I have moved on and you should too.

We had some siding done on our house and garage recently and several things happened that didn’t impress me. On the very first day, they popped our water hose and tried to cover it up (it’s on video)- the owner did replace it, my husband and I tore down our back porch and screened in area so they could get to the certain spots better- we put the wood to the side so we can use that wood to fix up our porch after they were done… they used our wood to make some kind of contraption to hold their stuff. We had some patio furniture that was already missing up but they sat in it every day until they made a huge hole in it and of course didn’t say anything. Our back porch light does not work! Now to top it all off, on our garage where we had lighting, they covered up where the base needs to be screwed into. My husband tried to reach out to the owner on Friday to ask for any tips or tricks and he never responded. Horrible communication!

Contacted months ago about doing some work on my back porch. I was told it’d be about 3 weeks and that was fine. A couple months or so goes by and I don’t hear anything so I call back. I’m told they’ll come next week. I still have not heard anything. That’s now been another month or two ago. I guess they forgot about us.
