It was bad enough to ruin a tv set sitting on the chimney wall.
He was not only prompt to come and check the extent of the problem but scheduled it immediately.
He came punctually as promised and took care of the problem diligently
He was thorough and now my chimney looks and performs better than ever, friends that visit my home always have something to say about how good it looks. Now, after days and days of continuing rain, no more leaks...
I am very thankful of how personable and diligent he is.

We had a great experience with Kasey! Of 3 different bathroom contractor/designers we contacted, he was the most responsive and genuinely seemed to want our business. Project lasted exactly as he said and on the original estimated budget. This was our first major home remodel and he guided us through the process as it was all a bit overwhelming. Kasey had great design ideas while ensuring functionality. He moved very quickly without sacrificing quality. He followed through with everything he planned, according to the timeline. He was great listener when addressing things that decisions needed to be made on.

They converted my bedroom into a suite. Kasey reconfigured the layout to utilize what was wasted space. Now I have extra closet space with a attached full bath. He also installed wood floors. Very satisfied and highly recommend this company!

The materials used were of the highest quality. The subcontractors he employs were dedicated professionals that were on time and efficient. They were polite with excellent manners and were respectful of our privacy. Everyone showed a sincere concern for quality work and our objectives. We asked for some additional elements not in the project scope. Kasey is great at problem solving and found an excellent solution for every situation. Kasey accommodated us with no problem and made it clear that our satisfaction was paramount. I’m 74 and retired now but I have been in the construction design drafting field my entire life, this guy is as good as it gets.
