It is apparent that the women who work the front desk are absolutely miserable and don't want to be there because they all have scowls on their faces and won't even look at you. No smiles, no good morning, and it's very uncomfortable. I've been here numerous times, and this is the norm. I'm so uncomfortable and feel so unappreciated as a customer that I'm going to Lowes or other stores from now on.
Response: I did not drop off a package. I'm confused by this response. Send some secret shoppers in there, and you will see what I'm talking about or secretly watch the women interact with customers. It's not just one, it's all of them.
We are doing a remodel in Bardstown and stopped in here just to price compare and ended up getting 75% of everything we need from Buzick.
