Nick Pruitt was a great representative for his company. He was the only roofer to get up on our roof to inspect it and he returned when the insurance adjuster came. Our damage was on March 3rd of 2023 when we had those bad storms throughout Kentucky. We were having trouble having a roofer to come out, they were so busy. They put on our entire roof in one day. Very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

If you need any roof services done bluegrass is the best. Fast, reasonable prices, great communication. I had to have my whole roof replaced and they made it easy and worry free. I strongly recommend them.

Bluegrass Roofing helped us deal with the insurance company to replace our roof that was damaged from a wind storm.
The insurance company denied us but Nick Pruitt, with Bluegrass Roofing, hung in there for 10 months till he finally got it approved.
This company did a very good job replacing our roof. They did an excellent job and we would recommend them for any one needing a roof.

Overall I had a great experience with Bluegrass Roofing. Nick E. was very professional and took time out his personal life to meet with me in regard to the repairs needed due to my work schedule. Nick, along with Dale, worked with me every step of the way. Nick even kept me up to date with any updates pertaining to the replacement of my roof. The finished product looked absolutely incredible, and was done in an astonishing 4-5 hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing repairs or replacement and if you’re considering a kind, professional staff, then Bluegrass Roofing is the way to go.

Great company. Dale Owens walked us through the process from contacting our insurance, working within the insurance adjusters quote and when the crew came out to replace the roof they got everything done in half a day. They also took all the old roofing materials with them.

I forget the ladies name who works at the branch office but she also checked in with us every couple of weeks since they were scheduled out a little ways out and if a leak developed it sounds like they would have re-ranged their schedule to take care of us.

I had a misunderstanding about the Gold Star warranty. I thought that I had a warranty against storm damage but it's only for wind damage and algae problems.. Hail damage isn't covered. The valley on my roof was supposed to have the shingles doubled weaved but it wasn't. It seemed that the closer it got to quitting time the more the quality of the installation decreased. The bright spot has been the assistance that I have received from an office worker, Ada Hixenbaugh. She has been very professional and courteous in getting information for me that my insurance company requested after the installation. If my whole experience had been as satisfying as my dealings with Ms. Hixenbaugh, then my rating would have been five stars. I would still recommend BlueGrass Roofing and use them again if the need arises. Carper Hayes.

Bluegrass installed our new roof and we discovered a slight color difference, in some of the shingles, when the sun hit one side of the house. I contacted James Embry and he responded very quickly to our concerns; he was quick to come out with the GAF Rep to inspect the issue. James quickly replied they would replace that side to correct the issue….and they did very quickly. Bluegrass Roofing is a very reputable company and great to do business with; I would recommend them to anyone.

I'd been apprehensive about choosing a roofing company, knowing I'd have to deal with something I didn't know a lot about, including insurance. Luckily for me, my neighbor sent Kyle Stevens to talk to me, and inspect my roof. I am on now their schedule to get my roof replaced, but with helping me go through the process with Kyle made it much easier than I thought. I was able to get some insurance help, but of course with insurance, deductibles and depreciation, my costs were still not cheap. He worked with me and gave me the best scenario possible for me to get this project a go without breaking the bank. If you plan on having some roofing done, I highly recommend talking with Kyle at Bluegrass Roofing.

After the spring and summer storm of 2023, I was missing shingles on my shed, garage, and had hail damage on my house roof. I searched around to find a roofer that had a decent reputation, and my niece and nephew referred me to Bluegrass Roofing. Once the insurance company finally did its part, Bluegrass Roofing was timely, easy to get a hold of, and easy to work with. The crew that did our roof showed up before the sun was up. Literally! Unloaded their equipment covered our landscaping, and started work. There were eight of them. They were there all day, and did not leave till the sun went down, literally! And that shed roof is not for the faint of heart! It is a steep booger!
They scoured the yard with a magnet several times during the day, raked the yard when they were almost finished for the day--and there was still light.
And every single one of them did a patrol of the yard to secure any leftover gear, trash, and any roof debris they missed. They even cleaned out the gutters while they were taking off the shingles!!!! Can't say enough good things about this organization, and the team they sent to fix the three damaged roofs.

I can truly say I am very impressed by the excellent service I received from the staff of Blue Grass Roofing Co. from the start to the finish Mr. Dale Owens promised me I would be well satisfied and I am. Thank you Mr. Owens and staff.

Bluegrass Roofing replaced my full roof after a wind storm tore it apart and they were EXCELLENT! Dale Owens was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through the steps with my insurance to make sure everything was covered and easy for me to understand. Dale scheduled my replacement quickly and also helped me pick a new color for my roof! Dale even made sure the corners of my roof that get hit the hardest were “extra sturdy”. What I’m most thankful for is Bluegrass Roofing’s work has held up fantastically, where my neighbor’s roof, who used a DIFFERENT company, has already fallen apart. Awesome company! Paula was so helpful and patient. She went above and beyond to help make sure the whole roof was covered under insurance. We had dealt with several other roofing companies and had a difficult time but Bluegrass Roofing saw that the job was completed!

Had a great experience with BRC! Paula came out to my house for the estimation and was always available for any communication that I needed. She helped out so much throughout the whole process and guided me on filing claim with insurance. She was so helpful! It was a seamless process and it’s so nice especially these days having reliable communication and support. I would highly recommend BRC. Ava was also great to help me with my payment and insurance problems at the end of the process! Couldn’t ask for better customer service which is so hard to come by these days. Paula Strong did an amazing job and checking out my roof and finding every issue from the recent storms this year and stuck with me when my insurance company wouldn’t cover the full repair. After a few supplements they finally covered the full replacement. Bluegrass Roofing knows their stuff!! I looked up the products they use and it’s all the best of the best. I opted for the GAF Timberline NS 3D shingle in Pewter for my new roof. My home has an all new look and curb appeal is on point. So happy I reached out to Paula. Highly recommend.
