Did wonderfully! Staff were kind and helpful. We found out we have two sewage tanks at our house and were able to squeeze us in within a few days to get both pumped. Highly recommend!

Busy Bee came out and fixed our problem on Christmas Eve rescuing our family plans for Christmas day. Very honest, professional and reliable company. Everything happened just the way they told me it would over the phone. I highly recommend Busy Bee Plumbing, cause I know for sure they will be my first call the next time i need plumbing service. Oh yea and they saved me $800 off the first quote I'd gotten from a different company out of Richmond. Thank you Jay and all the Busy Bee crew.

Multiple issues over several visits: $500 to change out a kitchen sink/faucet that I purchased (so that does not include the cost of the parts), and the faucet swiveled from the base (it's supposed to swivel IN the base, not the base swivel), was not caulked around the sink, the hot/cold water lines reversed, drain was not caulked/tightened down (so it moved and leaked), and the drain lines were not tightened down/leaked. 2 bathroom sink faucets were asked to be repaired and I was told they could not and to have them install new ones - the only issue here was they needed to (again) be tightened down. Also, one of my bathroom sinks was cracked while they were here (I also had other workers in the house, so I could not verify who did it), and was told that they would not warrant work on them replacing the toilet ring/fixture (that they had to take off to have our septic line traced) because we already had the parts and the tech CHOSE to use our parts instead of theirs (they did eventually resolve, but really?).

I will not be calling them back; WAY overpriced and lack of concern for their work.

This was a horrible expensive repair I would not recommend them at all it cost 650.00 to have a drain unclogged and a drain line repaired that had fell down while being worked on which I understand that we should have been charged a fair price since it happened but this expense is ridiculous.

Great staff. Easy to work with. Mike is my go to for all my plumbing needs. He is knowledgable and does A+ work. Highly recommend.

Busy Bee Plumbing and Septic Service is the best in the area! They have helped with all of our septic/plumbing needs for seven years and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Two technicians came out for an estimate on a leaking pipe. Charged $100 for the FREE estimate and quoted over $1400 (“could possibly take longer”). Technician was reluctant to write down an estimate. He verbally stated that it would take possibly 8.5 hours to replace 10 feet of pipe with shark bites and flex tubing ?!?!

Ernie and Casper were excellent! They were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend. Will definitely call them again if I need their service!

Very satisfied! Had some leaks pop up recently after a hard freeze, needed multiple fixtures replaced. Ernie was prompt, did the work quickly, and even fixed a small water heater leak for no additional charge! A needed part was ordered quickly, and the repairs work without issue. Will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

Quoted price didn't change, came got service completed, and gave some tips and pointers. Will be using them for any other services that we need.

What a great company! They were quick to solve our problem and were very reasonable with their pricing. They also employ veterans which is a huge plus in my book! Highly recommended!

$800 to pump a tank. EIGHT. HUNDRED. DOLLARS. Nothing special, just pump the tank. Flat out told us that it would cost $300 in London, but since he came outside his service area to Leslie county, charged us $800. It's 40 miles, tops. The service wasn't bad, but they are flat out taking advantage of people.

We wanted someone to assess our septic lines and potentially repair/replace. Michael was the technician who responded and was excellent and informative when running the camera. At the end they charged a fee for the camera service (which was never disclosed initially over the phone during the appointment set up or before they did it). To that end, the hope was there could be an intervention to repair the bad pipes, I was told the master plumber would call. Then I was told on two different occasions “he” would come to my house and they never showed up! This required me taking off work, and arranging someone to be available. Not only that, they didn’t call to inform me of them not coming. — so overall horrible customer service. They shouldn’t charge people for a service to discover issues and not be able to give them options to repair/replace. Should have called FastFlow first, however I was wanting to give a local business an opportunity, but was only met with disappointment.

Called them about my septic acting up, they came out within 2 days. Very punctual, very professional, and most importantly I wasn't treated as a number. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Horrible communication. Everything I was told from the consultant did not match what the plumber told me. Called three times and went over my instalment needs, went over with plumber as well, after three hrs I was able to get a faucet plus a connector to use with my grill sink. A job that should of taken I hr took 3 due to all the miscommunication. The pipe is a cheap plastic with 5 cuplings which I know will not hold and give me trouble. Tried to charge me 475 was billing me the wrong amount of time but then adjusted my bill correctly. I was told my sink was the wrong size and he didn’t have any glue, they didn’t tell him it was an under mount. I later had the same sink installed by someone else. Unprepared. I paid and said thank you but never never again. Ripped off

Had them to pump out our tank that went ok.. The 1 star is because they totally took our neighbors for granted when doing work for them. They only called them for service because they saw them in our yard doing work. We will never have them do any kind of work for us again or will any of our family and friends. You don't take advantage of the elderly.

I am revising my review because you all asked what work you done for me. You didn’t do any work for me, but you did work on my parents septic system. You all being the “master” plumbers should know what size pump goes into the different systems. When a customer has a pump on their system that goes out, do not assume a smaller one would work, and then order it, without even consulting the customers! They should not have been charged like it was 2 separate jobs because of YOUR doing. I really hope y’all can sleep well at night, knowing how you ripped off good honest people!!

Bust Bee was very responsive and cost was very reasonable. The technician Jay, was extremely personable, very informative, and work quickly while answering my questions. Great experience overall. Will use there services again if needed.

Had a small septic issue late Friday afternoon and was really hoping to get someone out on Monday morning... but they volunteered to come early Sat morning so we wouldn't have to live with it over the weekend! They were friendly and professional and we loved the service guy who came out. We're already talking with them about another project. Thank you for the great service!
