Good selection and convenient location in North Fargo. You definitely pay for the convenience and returns can be tough. I also have had multiple Online Orders canceled for no reason.

Typical Ace store with lots of products to choose from. I love going into most Ace Hardware stores as the staff is always so friendly and helpful, beginning with a welcome, hello or can I help you upon entering their store.

Not at this store! Not one hello or can I help you. I had to find someone to ask for help. Staff was helpful in finding what I needed but just not friendly and outgoing. This has happened to me three times now. I guess the other locations have me spoiled.

Great hardware store on the Northside of Fargo. Staff are always nice and quite a bit of stuff, especially in a pinch. Timesaver for sure and am happy that place exists.

Welp, it's a hardware store. Not fancy but the guy helping me was patient but I'm pretty sure he got it wrong. Not going back today but appreciated the kindness all the same. Need anything hardwary this joint is locally owned and the staff had a better attitude than I did..

Well before I left the first Ace I decided to call this one. Spoke to a guy that wasn't 100% sure, but he believed he had it after I gave him a description. I arrived at the store and the cashier greeted me promptly, and showed me the way to the key machine. Clay greeted me very helpful, and they did have the key awesome. We chatted about the key he said he had a customer that once needed it. He did extra work and ordered more of the same key for others. Awesome taking the extra step for others please give this dude a raise. Making keys is a disappearing art, and this key can't be found at Walmart so check this Ace out.

Great store. Really helpful staff, super friendly and knowledgeable about their equipment. I come here all the time to pick up things here and there for helping with upkeep on my home. I've found what I've needed, every time. This is honestly your one stop shop for North Fargo.

Good store for the iddy biddy items you can't get at the big box hardware stores, or have to buy in bulk. Just need two specific screws? This is the place!

I love this store. People are friendly. Give great service. I applied for assistant manager once and never heard a here nor there. That was a lil disappointing.

Wonderful staff treated me like I was there only customer.
The gentleman has a love for music and that made my day. They also let me and my service dog use the restroom in back

Great local hardware store that’s open later than some of the other Ace’s in the area for the last minute after work needs.

I absolutely love going to this Ace Hardware as ever single time I'm greated the moment I walk in and asked if I need help finding something and I always do.

Its nice to be able to get what you need immediately and not have to walk for what feels like miles trying to find someone for assistance in a department hardware store, especially when your wearing a diaper over ones face that you can't breathe through.

Not just hardware stores but any business should take notes on how Ace has fantastic customer service and implement it into what they do.

Great place to pop in and grab project supplies. I love not having to run across town for a bolt and nut etc. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. You can still get keys cut here, lawn mower blades sharpened etc. Keep up the good work!

Helpful staff and conveniently located. Selection is a bit limited if you're looking for something more than basic hardware but worth a stop before driving accross town to the next nearest store. Good paint selection.
