Back when we were having the March winds and fires of 2025, we received roof damage to our second story on the backside. And of course the house construction roofing industry became overwhelmed. We had two leads on repairs through word of mouth. We chose Buntz Built Roofing & Construction.
Preston Buntz was able to come out the very next day, determine the damage, and then schedule us in the next day. Preston is upfront, honest, and professional; qualities of customer service equal to qualities of success. He informed us insurance would not total it unless 70% was damaged; we were far from that percentage. We thought the cost was reasonable in the estimate. His team was also respectful, professional, and experts at their trade. We are extremely happy with the results.
When we get strong winds or hail from storms, it’s almost guaranteed we will get contractors knocking on our door. We have learned not to answer. We understand that you have to hustle to get work and we say “good luck”. But when you have a reputation that precedes you such as Preston and Buntz Built Roofing & Construction, we will definitely reach out to them. With the good Lord willing and the creek don’t rise, we hope to have many more years with this roof. But living in Oklahoma and getting 15 years on a 30 year shingle, you’ve done good. We are about to hit that threshold so when it’s time, we will call our friend Preston and Buntz Built Roofing & Construction.
