Absolutely don’t use this company, inspector tagged my water heater as 5+ years old and in greatest condition. Fast forward 5 months, water heater fails and floods home. Water heater was 12 years old!!!! They should be replaced every 8years! Company would not honor their contract by refunding inspection fee… what a joke!
