Amazing Service and Quality! My niece recommended Built Wright Homes and Roofing when I needed work completed fast. We called Garris to give us a quote after my original contractor quit before finishing the job. He was here the next day to determine what needed to be completed, and had various work crews here within days to finish roofing, gutters, siding, hanging doors, painting inside and out, and a multitude of other repairs created by shoddy workmanship from my first contractor. I am so grateful to Garris and his crews for understanding the my sense of urgency, and for their complete professionalism and excellent workmanship. Garris and his crew far exceeded my expectations. To say I was a little bit nervous about this whole ordeal would be an understatement as this was my first time needing to use a roofing company or contractor for an insurance claim! He was kind and patient with me and answered all of my questions from the very beginning!

He was always easy to get a hold of and got back to me within a timely fashion from start to getting their roof put on was less than 45 days which at the end of the roofing season was a miracle when there had been so much damage in the area! The quality is superb and it looks fantastic! While we were still waiting for a few of the other repairs to be done due to timing and whether a wind storm came through and took a shingle off of the garage and within one weeks time he had a repair crew out there to fix it and look over the rest of the roof! Again leaving me incredibly impressed!

Garris and Built Wright Homes have earned a customer for life I have referred multiple people who have had bad experiences! I would not hesitate to have somebody call him. I felt prices were very fair and fair market range and again the quality looks great he walked me through all of the processes with the insurance and I only had to deal with him he dealt with everybody else for me making it very easy for me not to have to deal with multiple people! BuiltWright did a great job with every detail of work as well as making me feel at ease and making sure I understood because I had lots of questions. Nick took his time to explain everything for me. They did a lot of work for me and it looks good. They were quick and thorough. I'd call them again for sure.

Replaced my roof and fascia due to hail damage. Excellent work done. Very responsive and quick to follow up. Their estimate was less than anyone else as well. The roof looks great especially with the ridge vents which will be more energy efficient as well. Highly recommended.
