This company made my house sale absolutely simple. Everything went perfectly. The young man did exactly what he said he would do. Thank you Jacob. I highly recommend the company.

Don't ever put your property in their hands and/or sign a lease with them. They request a $30 SHOWING fee just to set an appointment to view the property and then they have every excuse in the world why they can't meet you. THIS IS A SCAM. My application was approved and I requested to move forward. Their response was, "We are still accepting additional showings". In other words, collecting the $30 showing fees. Again, THIS IS A SCAM!
