Ken and his crew are amazing! They did a complete remodel of an add on room, and it looks fantastic! They show up when they say they will, they keep their area clean, they are professional, and their work is top notch. There are also very good and kind people. I will be using them again very soon, and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I am writing to enthusiastically share my experience with Ken and his staff at Builders R Us while renovating my kitchen and flooring due to flood damage. From the initial consultation I was extremely impressed. Ken took the time to listen to my concerns and create a detailed plan that mirrored my vision as well as showcase the talent and dedication his team takes to make sure the job is done in a quality manner. Builders R Us demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

The project involved recreating my kitchen that was completely ruined, and the flooring throughout most of the home. Excellent job constructing my detached garage. Ken always called and stopped by to check on things and to make sure I was happy with the progress and the work that was completed or in progress. We made changes during construction and neither he nor his team complained and they always provided professional quality workmanship. Ken and his team did an amazing job building a large walk-in pantry, kitchen passthrough, and full wall bookcase for us, and it only took a couple of weeks from start to finish. His subcontractors were all very professional and pleasant, and Ken was quick to follow up on any minor issues or touch-ups. Time to call them again, we have a kitchen to design and remodel!

I was in the process of remodeling my kitchen when 2 attempts to install the flooring went terribly south. Friends of mine had recommended that I give Ken Orr and Builders R Us a call. Ken and his team came out, assessed the problem, removed and then reinstalled a new floor within a couple of days on a flooring install that had been months in the works. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to any one in need of a professional quality service and product!

I am very pleased with the work completed by Ken and his team. Ken was very professional and ensured the work was done to a high standard. We had a number of major projects, to include roof replacement, replace siding, rebuild porch columns, fix brick work, pain exterior and replace carpet with hardwood. Ken's team completed this all in a timely fashion and the quality of work is outstanding.
Usually, Ken would catch any omissions and have his crew fix them right away; in the event I would catch something, Ken and I would have a quick discussion so the concern was understood (he was always available) and then his team would address it right away. He was also good about "talking me off the ledge," to ensure that I wasn't requesting work that wasn't needed.
Ken may not be the cheapest contractor, but I firmly believe that he provides the greatest value.

I have built 3 houses and 4 salons. Never have I experienced such professionalism that we received from Ken.
We had an overhaul on the outside of our house and installed wood flooring where we had carpet. Ken was on the site everyday (early) to make sure all crews were taking care of business and to go over things with us. This is a very classy and honest business.
We honestly had no issues. My husband is an engineer and not very trusting by nature . To my surprise, he was at complete at ease and very very happy with the work .
At the end of it all, Ken and my husband walked around the house 3 TIMES (lol) and my husband found NOTHING to complain about.
We now feel that Ken is our family.

It was to my surprise they had any issues with Ken. Her husband was my client and he is the one that referred me to Ken. He told me the job was always done right. It was to my knowledge that he took care of their rental properties and he always did excellent work. I hated to see that review because he did their work for quite a while .
