In and out in a hour, seems to be a good place to deliver to for my first time of delivering to them

These guys are a complete joke! Quoted a price for a beam and then when I went in to pay the next day they raised the cost by $6.50 a foot.

Called Dan to discuss the matter and he agreed to provide me with a in store credit for the difference between what I could have purchased the beam for through a different vendor and appears to be willing to work with me going forward thus I have changed my review score to reflect the current circumstance.

Love there help. As a non contractor they are very helpful on figuring what I needed for my DYI projects.

Man is this place easy to get too easy to get out of it had the right part from where I needed to do on my project it was a great price the guy even knocked off a couple bucks and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes and less than 30 bucks

Customer service is great! They bend over backwards to help. It’s a busy time in construction, they go above and beyond. The reason there are not more positive reviews, is because all the contractors are satisfied, and dont have time to write a review.

I walked in needing to buy some insulation. After 12 minutes of waiting and not a word from staff that kept waking by me I left and went to a proper lumber store. Classic elitist local only attitude. If you like bad customer service this is the place for you!
