I have a 2000 3/50 anniversary Corvette. I had a tire issue on my way from Logan to Heber Utah. Did not have an appointment and went into labor and Chevrolet and the service department couldn’t have been any better. Scott the service technician listen to my predicament and was just Perfect in handling my situation. I can’t thank Labrum Chevrolet and Scott and his staff more because of how they took care of my issue and got me back on the road as soon as possible. Just an amazing work thank you so much.

Hank is absolutely AWESOME!! He went over and beyond in customer service. Highly HIGHLY recommend working with him and Ford Labrum!! They had exactly what we were looking for and added all the accessories we requested. Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Great communication. Made purchasing our vehicle so easy and enjoyable. We love our vehicle and can’t wait to continue working with them. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Good experience the sales man Brian Baray could answer all my questions about the the different vehicles that I looked at and the financial guru was very helpful and knowledgeable also Brian even delivered the suv out to Roosevelt to me that was very helpful! I was very shocked that he did that on his day off !

I was hopeful for quality service from this location, as their service tech, Scott, took time to troubleshoot some concerns I had with my truck last Fall. He was friendly and helpful, instilling confidence in their service department. Unfortunately, today's service did not reflect that first encounter. They did not test the issue at the speed that I reported it showing up, not even close to that speed. They should have let me know that they couldn't conduct the test at that speed, but, instead, they conducted the 'non-test' and followed through with billing Chevy (bumper-to-bumper warranty) for useless diagnostics. Interesting that they didn't have me sign anything to verify what work was done either. Admittedly, this is frustration adding up as a different Chevy dealer did the same trick to us with a cold-start issue we continue to have to this day... didn't diagnose the cold-start even though we left the vehicle with them overnight in order to replicate the issue we experience with every cold start. That dealership conducted a plethora of tests and said they did some updates and resets and such, but none of what they did was reflective of the actual problem. That latter problem is not on Labrum; however, I'm seeing a pattern with Chevy dealerships in regards to these bumper-to-bumper warranties that feels morally vacuous... performing diagnostics not inline with the scope of the customer's request and billing Chevy nonetheless, getting paid while leaving customers without a fix.

I just bought my first car from this dealership and it was the best experience I could’ve asked for. Jim was the one who helped us through the process and was so helpful and kind. He helped explain all the answers to my questions and I felt very heard. Everyone was so nice and friendly and helped the process run so smoothly! I’ve always heard how hard the process is for buying a car but I felt like it was super easy!

I had an awesome experience at Labrum! Tim Bonner made the process of getting a new truck seamless. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle to go to Labrum and ask for Tim Bonner!

I was charged for 2 diagnostic fees, 1 for the suspension which was ok but the other for them to literally turn off the 4x4!! I couldn't believe it and the lady tried justifying it.
Was called the next day and they graciously reversed the 2nd diagnostic fee.

Highly disappointed with the service department. They ran up a $5,000 bill on me. Since then I've had two master mechanics go over Labrum service report on my Chevy and they both said this dealership is gouging me on price and repairs. Total cost given to me was $1900 with parts and labor, compared to Labrums $5,000 bill. I Can't believe the treatment in cost.

Stellar customer service! Rachel and Scott in the service department are fantastic! They listened to my concerns and was able to help me get some things dialed in on my vehicle and worked to get a warrant issue resolved for me. I would HIGHLY recommend them for service!

Was there to get my oil changed on the vehicle I purchased from them this summer. During the service they noticed one of my lug nuts was cross threaded and the stud needed to be replaced. It was nearing the end of the day but they went out of their way to get the needed part from a near by dealer so that they could fix it before they sent us back on the road. Definitely great customer service and it was appreciated.

I’ve never had such a good experience car shopping as I did with Jim at Labrum! I honestly didn’t even know it was possible to have a zero stress and zero pressure experience car shopping, let alone one that would turn us into lifelong customers at a dealership. Jim really went above and beyond, not only with the actual buying process, but also going through each individual setting and feature on our new Suburban with us, each point of their checklist, and he had even programmed our favorite stations on Sirius! I needed my GMC to bring my trailer to Laughlin for the winter. The day before I was leaving the check engine light turned on. They got it right in and had the problem repaired. I got on my way the next morning. Great people to work with!

Sales and service department are awesome! Bought a traverse here and they have taken good care of me. The service department here is exceptional! I love the communication and up front information about what will happen, the costs, and always providing updates. My vehicle was left spotless and the services done have been flawless.

As I said nearly four hundred dollars just to replace a left and right head lamp bulb on my Silverado seems like a gouge but who else gets $160 per hour except the Union pipe fitters?

Only dealership I'll buy from. They go out of their way to make a deal for you. This place is very professional and care about the customers. Marco and Danny are awesome. Stay away from the big city dealers who try to add warranties you don't need on your loans and buy at this place where their honest.
I've boughten 5 pickups from this dealership and always had a great experience. They also offer many other services such as added accessories for your ride customized to your liking. Also they have an excellent part and service department staff.
The paper work on your loans are done swiftly and professionally.
I could go on and on about the Labrum dealerships in Heber and all of it is positive.
I hardly ever give a 5 star rating unless they exceed my expectations which are pretty high.
