The guys at Karl Malone Jeep did me a huge solid. I needed to have a new pedal installed in my Wrangler and they did it in the time they said they would and did not charge me extra for having to have my Jeep relearn the the pedal. I will definitely be going back.

When we bought our Jeep Karl Malone Dodge, Jeep in Heber, Utah. The sales people (Mike Horrocks) went far and above to make sure we were treated right. We have never been treated so well at a car dealership before. You’ve got our business forever!!! Also, when we took the jeep in for an oil change the service department was great they got everything done in a timely manner., they were friendly and made sure we were satisfied with their service!!!.

I have had a great experience with this dealership. Robert William was our sales representative and he did a great job. The dealership is not looking to get over on its customers. We had a couple of issues with the Talons we bought and they went out of their way to take care of them fast. I have not had this good of an experience in many years. I give them 5 stars because they deserve it

I was traveling from Missouri to Utah. Started having issues in Utah. I explained to the technician Gabe that I needed to get back to Missouri and he immediately scheduled me in the next day, very quickly and efficiently took care of my issues. Got me back on my way home in no time. Very informative and courteous.

Verry dishonest and the service manager was very disrespectful talking to my wife. Bought a truck on a Monday and it took them tell Saturday when i took it for a oil change. (3 hours later) they finally told me that the finance manager wants to talk to us and they wanted to make the payments 110 is dollars more a month. They did not have the professionalism to tell me. The next day or 2 that they could not crunch numbers. And we signed papers on that Monday. And apparently they don't honor their signed contract. And the truck had other saved check engine light issues that they never told us about. Not happy with how we were lied to and how their response was. "What would you like me to do about it" -10 star review

I When there to take our Truck for Service after dropping it off I decided to walk the showroom. I saw a Jeep I liked and I happen to meet Trent Gabel. He was amazing from the moment I meet him. He was knowledgeable, extremely polite,, friendly & helpful. He got to know what was important to me and he care. He worked with me and the whole team in the office. All the guys in the office were great and friendly. Trent & the team made the whole process smooth and stress-free. At the end we found the car that was right for us and we worked through the numbers and brought a great car home. I highly recommend Trent if you are looking for a new car or truck! I totally would buy again from him and from the team at Karl Malone!

Ethan our salesman was great, but unfortunately the finance guy completely ruined any chances of us purchasing or recommending this dealership in the future. Not only did he not send us any paper work for any warranty, but we asked for the extended warranty to be terminated just days after purchasing a car. Not only is he refusing to respond to us, but he dropped the ball on getting that done so now we are forced to pay for it. We sent several emails and documents per his request to have the warranty terminated. He drug his feet till it was 30 days out and now we are stuck with it. Had I came and read the reviews on this dealership I would have seen that he has continually wronged people. You guys need a new finance guy! Won’t ever return.

Oh man did these guys pull through for me! I told them my budget and they kept a keen eye on all trade ins they brought in and informed me of said trade ins so I could check em out. Took about a week and they contacted me about this 10/10 truck!! Shout out to cowboy and crew at karl malone cdjr for gettin me into this awesome truck.

Great Maintenance Shop! Employees honest and their work completed with integrity? How many shops can you say that about? Not many! Have used these guys for about a year and feel appreciated and well treated. If you experience anything less I would be very surprised.

Wyatt took great care of me and my truck. It drives great now, I had to have a few things serviced and replaced.

I had them rebuild my rear end under warranty, and my rear-drive shaft needed to be rebuilt and my keyless entry on drivers door didn't work. When I got my jeep back, they replaced the door handle and had it painted to match the color of the jeep like it was when i bought it and it still doesn't work and whenever I turned my rear end would pop, I climbed underneath and found the pinion seal is leaking and they didn't tighten up my control arms, then they left a spacer out on my rear track bar so it was rubbing against the mount so i fixed the control arms and track bar but now my driveline that they rebuilt the u-Joints are going out and keyless entry drivers door isn't working still, I do this work for a living I'm a mechanical and was hoping i could trust them to do quality work and I can tell you this, they did some shotty work. I would not recommend them.

First - don't let the 4-star review deter you. Our experience is probably pretty unique. I do want to give a shout out to our salesman, Eric. He was very thorough, personable and ultimately the advocate we needed at the end of our buying and taking delivery process.

We are in Utah for work, but live in Texas. Also, we brought our own financing, so this made our deal especially unique. The team at Karl Malone was great to work with, just some minor things could have made even this unique deal run a little smoother.

All in all, we are very happy with the truck we bought and with the experience as a whole and will recommend this dealership to anyone who asks.

Completely flabbergasted! The fact that this is a well known car dealership, but ends up selling lemons. My son just bought a f150 truck from them… he said everyone was so nice and friendly. This was his first time buying a big purchase from what he thought was a trusting company. Boy was he wrong. They informed him that the truck he was purchasing was one owner who just traded it in for a newer truck… and the only issues were the water pump that would get replace, the windshield and the tires. The salesman and my son signed the paper stating about the water pump would be warranted. As he looked over the contract with Josh the financial guy he noticed it did not have the water pump on there and it also said “fix flat tires” not put new tires on… Josh told him, oh we’ll get that on there and insist it will get taken care of. With full trust my son signed. Only a few days later, it was actually 3 days the truck broke down by overheating on the freeway not just once, but twice. He has had to pay for two tows… within a five day period of having this truck. The cost has been so expensive and texting the salesman about the situation since it states that you can get a hold of them if there’s a problem. They suggested he drive the truck to the dealership and they’d look at the water pump to see if that is causing the truck to overheat. Okay, first of all that’s going to ruin the engine and we live in Pleasant Grove and they’re in Heber. My son asked he they would help pay for a tow. They gave a long excuse why they wouldn’t do that. There has been no help. I would proceed with caution and when they say they are going to take care of it make sure it is stated on that contract beforehand and not just take their word for it. Reading all the reviews and how it isn’t just us who has complained on how poor this company has taken care of their customers. This is such a disappointment. I would suggest a new team that is trustworthy to your business and holds a better standard is differently worth looking into.
Let’s just say, The Mailman didn’t deliver.

My husband and 19 year old son went in today looking for a cheap, reliable, used car for him to take to college in the fall. They found one they thought would be perfect and purchased it. Not even 15 miles down the road, the car died. My husband called the salesman Justin and was told they weren't obligated to do anything to help because we bought the car as is. While this may be true, we hadn't even had the car for 30 minutes and I am sure a big dealership like this could have taken the car back no problem. But now this leaves my young son without a car and without the money to buy one. I think they could have done better. We will be letting everyone hear about our terrible experience with this dealership.

The car I bought is on a tow truck after 15 minutes of driving. I understand that this is part of an as-is agreement. That is not why they are receiving a negative review. I also have no complaints about the service. The staff was very friendly and did a good job of helping us get the car bought. What isn't okay is the claim that they will do their best to take care of us if something major were to go wrong. When I called I was essentially told that I bought the car as-is, and there is nothing they could do.

I’ve been coming here for years since I moved to town and they have always helped me out in anyway possible. They do a great job with their service department and they helped me get into a new vehicle. They spent weeks helping me find just the right vehicle. After it was found they gave me a great deal and helped with things they didn’t need to. I worked with Bryan, Richard, Justin, and Devon. All great guys and they try their best to make sure everything is taken care of.

BUYER BEWARE!

I had purchased my last three vehicles from this dealership and believed myself to be a customer for life. That was until today.

Justin Parker got a bid on my trade in approved by the sales manager, Brian Reid.

After driving an hour to the dealership (on my only day off) Brian Reid decided that this was a “same day only” offer. Meaning that if I wanted to wait a day to let the car I was purchasing go through the shop to check for the safety, emissions, and inspection that the deal would no longer be valid.

This is the kind of pushy, immoral sales tactic that you would expect from a door to door salesman, not a reputable dealership.

The lack of transparency and honesty by the sales manager caught me off guard because my previous experiences here have been upfront and honest. I regret sending so many friends and family to this dealership over the years, and wonder if they were treated the same way that I was today.

When following up with Brian to figure out if the “same day only” offer was not communicated by the sales rep in our conversations, he mentioned that it was his doing. Brian said that it is an “aggressive sales tactic” that he uses when they’re having a slow day. This was a humble a not so gentle reminder that you are truly just a number to these people.

I had blocked out a lot more time based on my prior experience with my former Jeep service team (in CA). Great experience overall.

This dealership is the most efficient and professional dealership I've ever worked with. We bought a Gladiator and Gary the GM made sure everything went as smooth as silk. Rick the parts manager set it up with a lift, tires, and other custom additions. We just took it in for its first service and it was done so fast I couldn't believe it. While we were there we talked to Rick and ordered custom bumpers, a winch and several other things and the work will be done next week when the parts get in. Thanks to everyone there for such an efficient professional experience.

Very expensive. $$$$. Changed snow tires to summer, oil change, and air filters over $500. Total bill was almost $800, I got a door Handel and lug nuts( they said my lug nuts were not usable, only 30K miles on jeep) they did not have all the needed lug nuts on hand so 1/4 of my lug nuts are the unusable ones until they get a shipment of lug nuts in ( safe???) . The summer tires had air pressure from 24 psi to 32 when I got into jeep. Factory recommended was 35. How hard is it put in the right psi. So disappointed. I live in HEBER and do not want to go to SLC or utah county to get my jeep serviced.
