Jared is an absolute rockstar! When you first call him, he really takes the time to listen to what you are looking for and offers well informed ideas. During his site visit he was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough; he climbed in the attic and crawl space. Jared was very practical in his suggestions and advice really taking his time to understand our concerns. His site visit was a great education on our home along with suggestions to make it better. Jared is awesome! I used Peak Structural Engineering for a project in Park City, UT. His engineered plans were crucial to getting a building permit issued by the city. However, when we were about to start construction, we realized that the specified glulam beam was not in stock anywhere locally and would need to be special ordered with a 4-6 week wait. I called Jared and he jumped on it immediately, reworked the plans, and gave us two other options, complete with engineering calculations, so that we could get work started immediately. Jared with Peak Structural Engineering went above and beyond to make sure the experience of working together went smoothly. He is an excellent communicator and is quick to respond to any questions. During the project that we worked on together, there were many parties involved including the owners, the designer, the 3-D designers, and the contractor. Peak helped me through a critical review to get my cabin approved by the county building inspector. They gave excellent advice and helped me get approval in very quick order.
