Had what I needed but didn't seem like any of the employees wanted to help me find what I was looking for

I have come a handful of times on a Saturday and they have been closed even if the posted hours says they are open. For example, I checked on Google and posted hours were open today until 4pm and that the hours on Google had just been updated by the business this week. Yet, I show up and there is a handwritten sign on the door announcing new winter hours closed on Saturdays. It is too bad. In the few minutes that I write this post in their parking lot there have been a 5 more cars come in to find them closed. How much business is being lost? I wish this was unique to today, but I have had this similar experience several times over the years.

I went there to get some Sheetrock everybody was friendly and helped me load the truck. Couldn't find what I was looking for at my normal place happy with my visit

Great home-building supply store in general, fair prices and a decent amount of variety. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hours are somewhat inconvenient. Theyare closed by 5 daily. This makes it hard for the working man to get in, perhaps one night where they closed at 6 would be helpful.

Loving this place! I own/operate a small remodeling and home building company in Donnelly and this is the only place I will work with. Everyone is so nice! Great people and great service. Win win! Keep up the good work

People are friendly and helpful. The prices are "fair". Some of the lumber really stinks. #2 studs are nearly all junk. Worst I've seen. Difficult to sort through 2x6/2x4s to find much that isn't lousy.

If you like to be ignored and treated as though you don't exist, try going to ProBuild in McCall, Idaho. I went in today and looked at items in two sections of the store. In spite of the fact that I was virtually the only customer in the store, not one employee approached me. Finally, I stood at the counter. I listened as two employees finished a personal conversation. Then one left and the other said, "I'll be with you in a minute" as he walked away and began a personal conversation with another employee. As far as I can tell, no business is conducted at ProBuild, but a lot personal conversations occur.
