Restoration North

Restoration North stepped in to assist us with an asbestos abatement this spring. They were efficient but thorough in their work and were respectful of our work schedules. They were also timely in all their communications and effectively explained all processes, which is becoming more rare with businesses. Restoration North went above and beyond by stepping in to assist when the insurance company began to backpedal on us. I couldn’t have asked for a better team than Cindy, Sam, Leslie, and Clint to guide us through our home repairs. Definitely give this team a call!

I'm a general contractor and I've done several flood repair remodeling / restoration jobs. This is my second experience with Sam Fernandez and I reached out to Resto North when our home flooded because of th excellent consulting that he provided to a client of mine whose home was flooded a couple years ago.
Resto North showed up to mitigate our flood within a few hours of my first phone call - they came fully ready to work as long as needed on a weekend evening. They have all the best tech gear to identify every bit of water damage and that is occuring and then are able to efficiently set up their equipment to dry things out. They excel at resolving mold and mildew issues and use a third party hygenist to test for the presence of contaminants before and after mitigation. (This committment to verifying that the home is safe was the main reason that I called them for our home) They are by no means the least expensive option, but they do a great job and they are willing to to deal directly with the insurance company to negotiate for their compensation above the homeowner deductible. We have two family members with mold allergies and I had no desire to deal with companies (and there are several) who don't trust their work enough to provide a third party hygenist report of successful mitigation. Your insurance company may not be happy that you called Resto North, but you will be happy with the work they do. The adage "You get what you pay for (or what your insurance company pays for)" definitely applies.

Wow, we are so grateful to Restoration North! What a stand-out business. I called on a Friday evening (of a holiday weekend) for some plumbing issues, and Sam was incredibly attentive and helped me solve my issue over the phone! He took time out of his own day to assist me in what turned out to be a super simple fix, helping me avoid needing to pay for a plumber to come out. Colt from Restoration North did a fantastic job! I was truly blown away when I saw how clean the carpets came out. We own a condo in McCall and after having an owner above us have a fire/then subsequent damage from demo that wasn't done by professionals, Restoration North was finally called in to help our neighbor out and went above and beyond at making things right in our unit below that suffered fall out damage we didn't know happened! I have never dealt with a company that is as Customer Service oriented as Restoration North! I called Sam after hours explained my problem to him. He was on site immediately. He took pictures and sent them to Tyler Upson (the Plumber) who had just gotten to Boise to do a job. He turned around drove back to McCall and worked through the night to get things back on track. Tyler's assistant encountered one of my customer's who was upset about the noise from the equipment. When I called her this morning. She was very impressed with how polite he was to her. When they finished the job here they headed back to Boise to work on their original project. The whole Team is AWESOME!!

Colt called me twice to make/confirm my appointment, and was right on time. He cleaned my Berber carpet that had previous-owner stains of unknown origin. Our laundry machine overflowed and flooded a good part of our home. Restoration North was amazing during our work together. Ty Butler immediately responded and eased our minds that he would take care of every aspect of the clean up, rebuilding and especially the paperwork! Having Ty deal with the insurance adjuster was great. He personally made sure our home as dry as a bone and that the insurance company covered exactly what needed to be to bring our home back to the pre flooded state! We had roof leaks at our condominium building in late winter. Sam and his crew at Restoclean came in and shoveled the snow off the roof to mitigate further leaking. When we were confident that there wouldn't be further significant snow accumulation on the roof, Restoclean went to the interior of the 5 water damaged units where they removed and replaced dry wall and other work as needed and repainted. The workmanship was good and we have had no complaints from any of the owners. Throughout the ordeal Sam was responsive, cooperative and knowledgeable. He also helped us find a good roofer that repaired the roof and we have been through two winters now without further leaks.

Resto Clean North came out to our house to help with an ice dam we had last winter. From start to finish, Sam and his crew were very professional and consciousnesses about making sure they had the right equipment and being mindful of watching the walls, floors etc when going up and down the stairs. Very accommodating and friendly staff!!

They were extremely prompt, courteous and got our flooded carpets dried quickly and completely. All were very professional and kind and responded to our phone calls immediately. Tough winter here in McCall! Lots of freezing temperatures, snow, rain and resultant ice dams on roofs. We experienced a leaking roof and water intrusion in the wall at 10:30 on a Sunday night. I called Sam Fernandez first thing the next morning and he presented with a full crew within an hour or two. They took steps to identify the problem, immediately contain the water and investigate any additional areas of problem. We had multiple places in the house that suffered water intrusion, and required that the ceiling/wall be opened up. In that process, we discovered that the insulation was either lacking or non-existent in multiple areas. No wonder the house was always so cold! Over nine weeks, we had lots of interaction with Sam and his crew. They were professional, polite, responsive and highly competent. Where Sam really showed his talent was in helping us effectively communicate with the insurance company to ensure that the entire loss was covered. Sam Fernandez is an expert in the insurance claim process and making sure that the homeowner is adequately covered by the existing insurance policy. He explains the scope of work, necessary repairs and timelines in a way that anyone can understand. We did not expect that the entire process would ever go so well, and were amazed at the dedication of Sam and his crew through out the experience.
