We completely lucked out finding this company when we needed it most! Got locked out of our vehicle on a Sunday in busy McCall and they showed up within 5 minutes. The locksmith tech was extremely quick and helpful. Would highly recommend!

First, McCall is a small community and the hardware store can be critical! I arrived on Friday at 5:04 pm and despite the lights on and two employees standing talking, the doors were locked. Several people were shaking the doors and were obviously upset. Small businesses are having difficulty surviving and one employee pointing to his watch and shaking his head was rude and disrespectful. McCall is a great community and we enjoyed shopping, meeting wonderful people and business owners. The thing that stands out however was the rude staff at "May Ace Hardware." CUSTOMER SERVICE folks! That means never turning so.eo e away, especially in a small town.

Incredible work by their locksmith. We lucked out catching him on a day he was in town and he saved our job. We asked him to retrofit an older building with a glass door, installing an electric strike and paddle. Very efficient and professional work, couldn't recommend enough! Went way above and beyond.

What a unique place! Not only do they cover what a normal hardware store has but they have a lot of cool stuff here too! Worth a visit when you're in McCall!

Nice place. They have everything you would need large place & plenty of friendly staff to help. You don't get that kind of help from Home depot & Lowe's anymore.

Quality service and assistance with most all needs wide selection of quality supplies clean organized and hours of operation are a plus.

They always have what we need. From water heater components to tools - they usually have it all. It's nice to have a hardware store so well stocked when you are far away from the populated areas of the state. If I can't find it at C&M I can almost always find it May.

Made a purchase and forgot my card. I received a call and it was returned to me via usmail the next day. Thankful for service that was graciously offered.

Can’t believe this place closes at 5pm on weekdays. I just witness this store lose 10+ customers including myself who needed something urgent to complete a job here in McCall. Outrageous! Extend your hours, you’re losing customers and it’s completely ridiculous. This is the earliest I’ve ever seen an ace close, especially when there’s not a single other hardware store in town. Stop being lazy

Excellent hardware store. The locksmith does fine work and the tool selection is extensive. The staff are always friendly and helpful too.

Was visiting McCall for the weekend and forgot our 4 wheeler key at home. They made us a new key in about 30 minutes on a Saturday and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Also the store had a large selection of a variety of items. Would highly recommend!

Friendly knowledgeable staff for car lockout. We locked our keys in our car and neither my AAA or Safeco Roadside service could help but Mays were there in a jiffy with fair pricing.

The staff is very helpful and personable. There is a locksmith available, home security installation services, a chainsaw shop and home delivery if you are unable to fit it all in your vehicle.

Amazing selection and friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees. Thank goodness Home Depot and Lowes will never come to McCall and put May Hardware out of business.

May Hardware and it's people are great!! They have nearly everything in stock..... And if they don't have, they will get it for you quickly.

If there was another star that I can add to this I would every employee in this place from the stihl shop to the cash register is full of knowledge and help to the best of their ability so you can get the right tool,material or know how to get the job done the right way I'm the new kid in town and they have been nothing but helpful with smiles on their faces this is the place to buy whatever it is that you need when it comes to certain materials and tools if they don't have it they will point you to the right direction to obtain at the same value as you get with these guys.

Their locksmith service is the best in town. I was locked out of my car and they came after hours, arrived in 15 minutes, and made me a spare key on the spot!

Everyone here is always genuinely kind and helpful. They have items from tools, to gardening, to home decor and kitchen.
