I always get good service in the store from the guys. They are usually helpful and courteous. I don't buy alot there but I do have an account there for MANY years. Sara from the office is rude and condescending. Yes I do know I have an amount that needs to be paid. It was for a box of trash bags and a new faucet for my elderly mother house. I care for her 24/7 and finally found a job that works around that. But the owner at my new job doesn't have his payroll set up yet. I don't get paid till the 15th. I thought it was before then but it's not up to me when my boss pays me. I agreed with Sara that I would pay as soon as I get my first paycheck. She tells me that maybe I shouldn't charge if I don't have the money. So I guess with her attitude I'm supposed to leave my handicapped mother without water? I hung up the phone call because I thought she was done plus I am at work. Sara calls back leaving me another message about me paying my account again. Is this how she treats everyone who has an account? Because I agreed to pay the $115 or so when I get paid but please stop with the crazy. It makes me not want to shop with this store anymore. I could probably drive to Great Falls and get a better attitude. I've had an account with you since the changeover and an account with the previous company for well over 25 years. It's not like I'm not going to pay. Sometimes as humans and as people we fall on hard times.
I have gone to this store about 2 or 3 times the last several weeks and the staff here are very helpful and friendly. They have a lot of great stuff!!
