Northern Lights was instrumental in getting a major roof leak repaired. Turns out, the roof had not been sealed right, causing a major leak. Northern Lights was able to get in touch with the owner of my building and tell him exactly what was needed to seal the roof correctly. This was after the owner had sent someone else who used the wrong medium to seal the roof.
