I was in need of a hard/difficult part to find, for my 2004 Crestliner Sportsman 14 fishing boat. It shouldn't have been a very difficult part to find, being that it was just a drain plug!
Crestliner used a unique plug that screwed through the bottom rear, rather than the traditional transom pressure type plug.
All I needed was the Neoprene O Ring that fits between the floor of the boat and the plug.
Easy, right? Negative.
I searched all over, locally and online, with little luck.
I called 3 local boat dealers nearby where I live in Helena, MT. I was told that the part was no longer made, that they couldn't look up parts on boats older than 2012 and that they couldn't find a part # for my part.
Then, on the Crestliner home page, I found Western Trailer Sales. I called and spoke to the nicest young lady there, named Brandy.
She was understanding, patient and actually used a few skills that are increasingly rare in today's world... she actually listened, gave a crap and understands what good customer service actually is!
She asked for my boat VIN, which I had to locate and call her back with.
She was just as patient and nice the second time. She had to utilize a variety of resources and spent a significant amount of time attempting to locate the correct part.
Ultimately, she ended up taking down my cell # and returning her search results the next day.
The price was significantly more than I figured that it would be, because you can't buy just the O ring, you also have to buy the plug. Figures.
Then she did something else unexpected. She even sent me the Amazon link that I had previously seen, explaining the pricing etc.
So Brandy put my needs and satisfaction first!
I have worked in customer service industry for nearly 40 years and have rarely come across a better example of a dedicated customer service employee than Brandy.
I told her, that If I were ever in a position to hire a customer service employee, she would be getting a call from me.
If, by chance her employer happens to read this, never let her go and she deserves a raise!
You will have a return customer in me, simply because of your excellent employee!

I bought my camper from them this year and they have excellent customer service! They even came to my house to help me unhook when this camper newbie was having issues! Highly recommend them for all your RV/camper needs.

We were traveling cross country in our camper van and we were having trouble with our pump. I called numerous RV repair places in towns as we travelled. Each one said they couldn’t fit us in, until I spoke with Western owner Brandy. She was incredibly kind and assured us she’d fit us in. As it turned out the deeply imbedded air pocket worked its way out before we got there. We stopped to let her know we didn’t need to have it serviced and she was extremely accommodating. Gave me her card and welcomed any questions we may have while on the road. So very grateful for the exceptional customer service.

I had Western install a new roof on my RV. The owner Brandy was willing to work with the mfgr of my unit even though they aren't a dealer for them. It took a while to get in due to the backlog all RV service centers are having right now, but once it was my turn they got my unit in and out in a very timely manner and I feel pretty confident the replacement roof is better than the original.
They have a good selection of supplies and accessories in stock as well.

My go to place to get my camper ready for summer and then winterized for winter. They do a great job.

Helped us out with a water tank issue from the factory for a RV that we bought at another dealer. Very knowledgeable and made recommendations that made our camper better.

We’ve been on a road trip and our a/c shroud blew off in eastern Montana. This place fixed us up in 30 minutes and sent us off on time to glacier. They were so knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Prices were very fair. Woman who owns this place even helped us pick out some supplies we needed and prevented us from overpaying on what we thought we needed but didn’t really. Don’t believe the negative reviews.

This family business offers excellent customer service! We limped into Havre, MT while traveling from NY to Alaska with a bent trailer axle. Brandy, Clyde and Duke worked tirelessly to get us a new axle and get us back on the road. When delivery was delayed, they worked with us to trade in our trailer for a heavier, studied model. They were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them!

It is the worst place to buy a camper has soon as they get your check they dont pay any attention to u at all. I have a puma unleashed toyhauler that I bought from them and every year I have had to get the front nose cap fixed because wouldn't help me fix. They just ignored me.

The staff is very helpful and do what they can to correct a NY problems a person has they are friendly and kind

Pretty awesome place....if you like being talked down to I needed 2 spindle washers and 2 1/2inch PVC plugs I went in and asked if I could look around the lady snapped at me and told me to wait that the guy was busy after I waited a while he asked what I needed and I started to tell him but he put his hand up mid sentence and said "I understand that" and then said I'd was some other random thing I needed and I said no and tried explaining to him and he shook his head and said "sir I understand that" finally after repeating this process a couple times he asked what the second thing was I needed and I started to tell him and he said instead of getting the plugs I would have to buy a whole new outside shower and I said "no I am just trying to cap it off as I dont use it" finally I told him I would just go to North40 and see if they had what i needed and he said "No! North40 doesnt have any of this" lol as if this random RV place was the only place I could get 2 half inch PVC plugs lol anyway he handed me one I said I needed a 2nd one he shook his head and gave me another one and then they charged me 30 DOLLARS for the 2 washers and 2 plugs lol I would give zero stars if I could and I hate to give a bad review especially to a small local business but the whole experience was a little ridiculous
