Best Western Plus Havre Inn & Suites

Rooms are very spacious and super clean. Service received a lower rating due to the fact that I stayed here twice this month and both times the door to the fitness center wouldn't open for me or the clerk with the main key. This should've been fixed between visits. The location is good, but the train tracks are really close. This is true for basically all the hotels in the area though.

Great hotel. Love that the bath room lighting is soft at night, no need to turn on the switch, even though there’s also a dim light choice. Large comfortable rooms with cozy beds, an assortment of pillows and super soft linens. Full breakfast offering and friendly staff. Highly recommend Havre Inn and Suites while you’re on the Hi-Line.

This wasn’t the best hotel at all, some of the employees said horrible words in front of kids. They said they had noise complaints and they even said the F word in front of them, this was not great for the environment in the hotel. I was scared, I mean REALLY scared. 10/10 would not recommend. They said stuff like no running, no mini-sticks, and no talking?

I would recommend this hotel, great location, staff were courteous and helpful, had plenty of various food and to choose from, also food is good, hotel is clean, overall, this hotel is a great choice, met all my expectations, my only complaint is the hot tub isn't as hot as expected, otherwise great place to stay!

Lovely hotel, very clean well-appointed rooms, conference room good...hot lunch for conference was nummy! Staff friendly and helpful. Would totally stay again!

Had some trouble with the AC both staff fixed quickly. Breakfast was ok. They had lots of potentially good food just low quality. Hotel itself and room was really nice. Bed was comfy.

We were really impressed with this hotel as we’ve not stayed at Best Westerns in the US before. The staff signed us up for the member discount at registration which saved us a few bucks. We worked out in the fitness center and enjoyed the spacious breakfast area which had lots of options to choose from. There’s also neat history/ buffalo run just outside the back of the hotel that we learned about.

Special customer service. I accidentally lost my Wallet on a trip to glacier and had no idea where I had lost it. After getting home I received a call from the best western and they informed me they found the wallet. My mother had booked the hotel under her name, so the staffing used my name and address from the wallet to track down my contact information and call me. They then sent my wallet home and covered freight. Very special customer service. Went the extra mile.

It was a quiet stay. The internet sucks, you cannot use your device due to it. I felt that the price of the stay was over marked (296 plus taxes and even for a BW member) which meant one nights stay for us was almost $500. We were at Great Falls Best Western the previous night and was charged considerably less for a nights stay and was not marked up due to the Montana state fair.
The front desk employee (young lady) asked me “are you from Canada?” Then gave me weird vibes because she rolled her eyes and looked at her colleague for the longest time. Every other staff we’ve met up with were very nice.

Our rooms were great, nice large rooms, very clean and the staff was the best I have seen in a long time. We needed a place to play games and they let us use the conference room, made our stay much nicer since there were a lot of us. Swimming pool was great for the kids with a water slide, not large but the kids loved it.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at! Beautiful location, stunning hotel & rooms, nice pool, kind workers, and their complimentary cookies add the cherry on top. Very strongly recommend staying here!

Great historical location near one of the most intact buffalo jumps in the area! Parking can get crowded. Front desk will give you a water bottle due to a boil water advisory. Room is clean and has good temperature control. They were very helpful and the breakfast was pretty standard. Very clean. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Very friendly. Loved the beds and cleanliness of the room. Great views from the 3rd floor of the surrounding area. Will be back to stay in August.

Did not stay at this hotel but mistakenly called to make a reservation, thinking it was the Best Western Great Northern. The Great Northern hotel is fantastic. The person at the reservation desk for Best Western Plus convinced me I will never stay there!
Rude, dismissive, unhelpful and hung up before I did!

The rooms are spacious and showers are hot. The lady at check-in desk was friendly. Parking is NOT great. They have a comp breakfast bar. Many 2nd floor room placement ms aren't great because the front is on a mezzanine over the noisy lobby and back looks out over the 1st floor's ugly roof. The TV reception is terrible- glad I'm too busy to actually watch anything. The train tracks run behind this hotel, so a little noisy. Overall it is in good repair (not run down). The room/bathroom seems clean but there were a couple 1-inch hairs in the bathroom sink .... so? Wifi is free.

An excellent place to stay. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. The lication was perfect for what we were doing. I have to say that's it's the best breakfast I have had in a hotel this year. Rooms were comfortable and the suit was exactly what we were needing. We plan on coming back next year.

Watch your bill for double billing! Several members of my party were double billed for their stay. Also , three rooms were billed to a credit card that was used last year at this hotel and they had kept on file. Luckily the card was expired and was declined. One of these rooms was someone not even in our group. A random stranger. Still attempting to get overcharges refunded.

We wanted a few days relaxing at the great Best Western inn and Suites on Hwy 2. We were not disappointed. Good lunch at jenny's café, excellent dinner at the Bow and Marrow. Saw the Buffalo jump, shopped a bit, drove to Beaver Creek area. Toured around the town. Good three day vacation.

Great location, quiet rooms. Lose to all I needed for my trip for a craft show! Will definitely stay at this location again, ther are 2 Best Western locations in Havre. Everything was close by and travel to the craft venue was minimal.

I stayed with my family in a suite it was very spacious, clean and neat. The front desk staff was very courteous & helpful. Breakfast was very normal & it need upgrade. The hotel location is superb. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

My room and location of the place was amazing but when I had gone to go swimming or buy snacks the employee would not want to sell us snacks or let us use the pool neither would he tell us our name I hope no one experiences the same person as we did otherwise the trip was great thank you best western of havre maybe find another employee.

Neat tidy but kinda wierd in way some hunderiate lady was following us it was concerning. But other then the random it was dec.

The staff we friendly and very polite. The rooms were extremely clean, breakfast was excellent lots of selection and everything was hot. Would definitely stay here agains and again.

Beautiful lobby, helpful and pleasant staff. Great price for our stay. Our room was super, clean, bedding comfortable, great tv, we had a corner room so had 2 windows! Really a wonderful hotel - highly recommend! The breakfast was good, nice large area. I appreciated the sanitizer station as you enter the breakfast area - asking everyone to use before entering.

Most Definitely will be back,next boxing trip. They were really helpful with my team,and kids. No plates,they came through. Pool was full of towels,thankfully.

A first rate local hotel.

I really enjoyed their complimentary breakfast bar. It was nothing particularly special, but there were plenty of options which were well stocked, and the dining area was clean, spacious and attractive.

Their rooms are surprisingly spacious and incredibly comfortable, and include amenities like a coffee maker and iron/ironing board. I'd gladly stay here again.

I’m guessing this is the best option in Havre. Very clean. Decent breakfast. Friendly employees.

Would have been 5 stars but they only had 2 double rooms and there was definitely enough room for 2 queens. The room was pretty big so I’m not sure why they just put in 2 double beds.
Still a good place to stay otherwise.

My room was by the door to go outside and every time that door would open/close, the door to my room would shake & make noise. Also there was a storm (which is why I stopped in Havre) and the heat in my room didn't work. It was very, very cold in my room. When I told the front desk employee he was very nice and said they'd look into it but I feel I should've gotten some sort of discount or money back for freezing all night. If I every stay in Havre again I will choose a different hotel.

Great hotel. Clean. Friendly service. Decent breakfast. They seem to have issues with TV remotes as mine never seems to work quite right here.

Room, location, and breakfast were all great except I question how well my room was really cleaned beforehand. I found a fake eyelash stuck to the bathroom counter and a women’s sports bra underneath the end table. Everything else seemed good though and I would stay here again if for some reason I had to go back to Havre.

We always stay at the Best Western Plus. We like the beds, pillows, and the people are always friendly. We know we can leave early in the morning at get some yogurt and fruit with coffee.
