I’m very happy to have this lumber and hardware store in town. It has good inventory. I can get many pieces locally. I can order items. Big box stores are an hour away for those cases when I can’t wait. I’m very happy with this store.

difficult company to deal with. Got our order wrong. Had to reorder a partial amt from first order. Called us to pick up and when we arrived, didn't have the order. No explanation. So awful and frustrating and horrible customer service. Just want our order filled. That is all.
Looking for an odd door. Our professional home construction guy called them and they assured them they had two of them, drove from Colstrip Mt to Hot springs and back. Guess what!? Wrong size! WE Had to return the door, another trip, and time to get a return. Do not trust them being professionals! Customer service on return was even subpar.
