One more great thing is his great communication, this contractor actually returns calls and messages throughout the process. A++

Caleb was the best contractor we have ever dealt with in construction. He showed up at our house when he said he would be here. He was very honest, kind and gave us great advice. Very prompt when starting and finishing the roofing job. We had asphalt shingles on our house and metal roof on our carport. The clean up was very thorough. We would recommend Zeper Construction over any contractor in the area.

Got out to fix my siding issue very quickly, even though it was an extremely small job. Caleb is very friendly, professional, and fairly priced. 10/10 would recommend.

What a pleasure it was to work with Caleb and company after a hail storm damaged my roof and gutters! He is a local contractor and after meeting with him, I knew I could trust him immediately. Caleb went above and beyond to explain all that would be completed and even made recommendations that would save me on insurance. He also took care of all the insurance stuff for me! He made sure my yard was free of nails and excess supplies, etc. I will definitely be using Zeper construction for my future needs!

I highly recommend this company. They replaced our badly damaged garage roof. They did a wonderful job. Caleb made sure I knew what he was doing. After they were done they cleaned up and except for a new roof you'd never know they were here. It was a stress free experience and they got things done quickly.
