Hot Springs Ace Hardware

This Ace is family owned and has been since they opened. Great people work here and they are pretty fair. I ordered a trash can on the Ace app. I go to pick it up and they can’t find the lid for it. So they order more (I had them just cancel my order). They then told me they will honor the price I got it for online when I come pick up the new ones they ordered.

Always a friendly and helpful hometown store to visit. Generations of family ownership and many longtime helpful employees greet you and offer to help you find what you’re looking for. They are doing an extensive remodel and they still find the time to provide great customer service! We have used their paints to upgrade our home and have been very happy with the quality and price. Also have a good fishing supply area! Thanks!

I've lived in Hot Springs for over 12 years & have always been extremely satisfied with the service & employees.

Online ordering is almost completely broken and folks in this store are unable or unwilling to help when issues arrive with online orders. I've been told my order doesn't exist when I'm showing them the email because they seem unable or unwilling to look up or support these orders.

Also, the prices advertised on Ace's website are often lower than in store prices, they refuse to match those prices, and online ordering is often not available because the website shows no availability for products I'm staring at in the store. Fake prices are frustrating and even more so when no one in the store will try to help.

Great store in a great location with some great folks, but undermined by horrendous online ordering, fake prices, and no training for staff to deal with those issues.

As soon as you walk in - someone greets you. Present a very good image for the Ace Hardware brand. They have a good selection of many items. Almost like a smaller version of a Home Depot. Only downside was some of their prices are on the high side. Shelves were well stocked.

Good selection of hardware items. A bit lacking on bolts and screws so if you need something out of the ordinary, you may need to look elsewhere. Staff is very helpful and there was a good amount of local items as well.

I have never had a bad experience entering the store. Someone always greets me and helps when I need it! Highly recommend Ace!

Very clean, organized with knowledgeable and professional staff like we have in Japan. They follow the corporate policy of being helpful. They do it up admirably y'all.

Has everything you need. Even Appliances and furniture! Employees are super friendly and know their stuff! Stop by and see for yourself!

I have been to a lot of Ace stores but this one is a call above all the rest. They have great customer service, always help you find what you need and their paint department is awesome!!!

Stopped in for some basics and they had everything I needed. Friendly staff who were helpful finding the items I didn’t see on the first pass and they greeted every customer with a personal touch. Clean store, great ACE experience and the usual wide selection that you know and love.

Char and a guys name I forgot were fantastic.

Needed a 15 mm socket. They had 4 flavors to choose from. Got the 6 point 3/8 drive deep well socket. Was in and out in 2 minutes. Staff was great.

Every time I go into the store I receive great and friendly customer service. This past weekend Brad was persistent, personable, and patient as he worked to color match two different paint colors for me. He did an excellent job and I was able to paint my walls without any issues. Thank you!

Love this store. They have everything you possibly could need and if they don't have it on the shelf they will order it in. From furniture to hardware supplies and grills they have it all. The store staff is always friendly and walk you right where you need to go. I am lucky that Hot Springs has this store.

Super nice, friendly and helpful people at Ace! And there are a lot of price reduced sales in various places. Highly recommended!!
