Builders FirstSource - Waldorf, MD

My experience with Builders was unfortunately bad, twice they left me waiting for the material when I called to ask about the material,Casey, the manager, was rude and her response was different from that of Angela, the dispatcher. It's more than obvious that they are not on the same page. Just like Jason is an inexperienced salesman.

I went to this place for the first time to buy material and the people who work there are very polite and dedicated to their work. I congratulate them. I would return to this place to buy material in the future. Something that surprised me was the customer service they have with the delivery staff I give you 100 points one of them was very kind and also someone who was very helpful when receiving the material unfortunately I do not remember his name but I will return to this place later and as I repeat again I also congratulate the department from sales to Artie the sales guy very professional

Poor service, I pulled up the employee watched me park. I walk in and the employee doesn't even acknowledge me. I walk around only to find another employee at the desk on his phone, he did take the time out to acknowledge me but said the employee talking could help but he was probably talking. And that he was, so I waited to see if he was going acknowledge me and advise once he finished talking he'd assist. Since the conversation didn't appear to be about work. Poor service, I'll drive out VA.
