My dishwasher was leaking water all over my kitchen floor. I called SDAR and they had someone out the next day and Jay knew right a way what the issue was, and repaired it, checked it, and good to go in under 45 minutes. The phone staff and Jay were very personable and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them for all of my appliance repairs in the future. The hose developed a hole and they dont make that hose anymore because of the age of the unit, but Jay fixed it up. Other companies probably would have tried to tell me I needed a new Dishwasher. Jay was very knowledgeable and honest, and ethical.

Great experience! Quick to respond, come out and diagnose the problem, order the new part and install all with a week. Now my washing machine is working just fine.

My dryer stopped working on Saturday before Memorial day and I called Same Day Appliance repair. At first the lady who answered the phone said they were fully booked on Memorial day.
She sensed the desperation in my voice managed to squeeze me in.
The young man who serviced my dryer was very well mannered. He told me what was wrong and explained the whole process to me.
After he left I turned on the dryer and saw evaporation on the floor and the laundry room got very hot.
I called the office and the lady contacted the repair man and he came right back and took care of the problem.
I have never worked with such a competent company and would recommend them any day.

Called on Friday, came out Saturday! Diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher. Reasonably priced. Decided not to have repaired since the part was 3/4 the price of a new dishwasher! Not on the company, just because it's an older dishwasher. If anything else goes wrong, I'll use them again.

I called on Wednesday about my washer not working. Someone was out the next day, fixed my washer and had me up and running the very next day, that Thursday. The technician was thorough in his diagnosis, kept the work area clean/dry and cleaned up everything when the job was complete.

We called late in day on Thursday about a problem with our refrigerator, they replied promptly and said someone could be here about 630. The tech called ,
and said he would be here at 6:45 and arrived on time. He assessed the problem as a thermostat, left to get something from his car. When he came back he heard a noise and checked things out again, and found it was an evaporator fan motor. Which had to be ordered. Checked with shop about parts gave us an estimate for parts and labor. Said the the tstat would be in
Friday but the motor would not be in, it could be Saturday. The gentleman called Friday saying the part would not be here Sunday. We asked them to wait til Monday and do both at the same time. Came Monday replaced both parts.
VERY PLEASED, Prompt, courteous, and kept apprised of what was happening with our order.

Mr Jay was very polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He can in the time frame he gave and went right to work, he figured out the problem as soon as he opened my refrigerator. I called Same Day Appliance Repairs last Monday when my freezer stopped working. The ice melted and poured all over my kitchen floor. They sent Jay. He told me I needed a new compressor. He ordered a new one and suggested I get dry ice to save my meat and food in the freezer. I did so. Then on Thursday, Jay came back with the new compressor and put it in my freezer. He made sure all was working. Jay was professional - told me what he was doing all along. He was on time. I recommend this appliance repair company to fix your appliances!

I can’t recommend Jay enough! Our fridge decided to stop working the Friday after Thanksgiving (of all days), and he was quick to come out and help. Not only did he respond so promptly during a busy time, but he also went above and beyond. When an expensive part was needed, he suggested alternative routes to get it, saving us time and money. Ultimately, he fixed the issue and got everything back to normal.

I contacted Jay yesterday afternoon and he was able to come to my home the next day. He quickly determined what the issue was and was able to fix the dishwasher. I would strongly recommend Jay if you're looking for an honest appliance repair person.

The service and professionalism was five stars. The cost was comparable to other companies but still expensive which is why I could only give it four stars.

Matthew and Jay were great. They were able to fix the gas burners and got the gas oven to light again. They are kind, knowledgeable, prompt, communicated well, and priced reasonably. I highly recommend them and will use them for all of my appliance repair moving forward!

After calling and dealing with SEVERAL appliance repair companies, I have finally found this one!! I said whelp, why not give them another try! I picked the phone up and right away gave them the address of my tenant who was having issues with the refrigator. They got out there within the next day! They had to order parts said it would take approx. 3-5 days. The part came in early! They called me to see if they could go out sooner! Of course I said! They did such a great time and communicated with me the whole time! I gave them another job for another tenant who was having issues with their stove and washer!! Bottom line is all is fixed!! They show up and communicate !! Prices are fair as well. I will def be using them again!!

My dishwasher went out what seemed to be overnight. I called Appliance Repair the next day and they came out within 2 days! Unfortunately, the motor had gone bad (After only a year and a half!) and we needed a one.

Necessary repairs to both our washing machine and a dryer one one day and a much overdue regular servicing for our dryer the next day. The two gentlemen who came out were professional and focused on the task. I definitely recommend.

I called this business the Friday after Thanksgiving and they came out same day. After they pulled my daughter’s shredded pillow case from the bottom of the washer machine and fixed the dryer door switch, I asked them about servicing the dryer. They scheduled me for the next day. They were prompt and professional both times. I would definitely call them again. Please note: They do not go on roofs or attics if your dryer vents to the roof.

Nothing but great things to say about this company. Came out to my home, found the problem of why my appliance wasn't working. Gave me a reasonable quote, ordered part and was back a few days later to install new part. Working around my schedule. Awesome service will use again in future!!

He diagnosed the issue and had to order parts that came in quickly. Installed parts on second visit and washing machine now has 4 new shocks. Jay provided excellent customer service. My stand alone freezer was not running correctly because of a power outage. Found out everything was frozen from the fan to compressor. He was able to defrost everything and made sure the compressor and fan came back on before closing up everything.
