Window World recently installed new windows in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. The quality of the windows is outstanding—they look fantastic and have truly enhanced both the appearance and comfort of my home.

From the start, V. Homere provided exceptional guidance. He took the time to walk me through various product options and offered thoughtful, personalized recommendations tailored to each area of my home. His product knowledge and genuine care made the selection process smooth and confident.

The installation crew, led by Josue Alas, delivered equally impressive service. Josue ran a tight ship, ensuring the crew worked efficiently and respectfully—especially important as I worked from home during the installation. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout.

As of recently July 18th we had our windows and doors installed by Window World! The customer service was excellent. They have great communication. Josue Alas and his team were Phenomenal they worked diligently, great patience and answered any questions you may have! I love a great job and customer service. Highly recommend 10/10.

From the initial call to the completion of the job, Window World staff exhibited all the attributes of good customer service. The salesperson arrived on time and was very engaging. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Although I got other estimates, this company met all my requirements including quality of product as well as price. Everything flowed like clockwork from that point forward to installation.

Window World installed 17 windows at my home. The quote was fair and complete. The sales person was through and very detailed. The order was completed in a prompt manner and saved us a very substantial amount when compared with their competitors quote.
The installation team arrived on time and verified the correctness of the order. Mr Josue Alas and his team have performed the installation in a very professional manner. If questions arose about the process, Mr Alas provided a detailed and complete explanation.
If we need any future services, we will use Window World again and request Mr Alas installation team again.

Very informative and quick with a quote. Frank Kramark provided us with a quote and didn’t waste our time haggling us or trying to up sale us. They are cheaper than all of the big name companies by 50+%. We received quotes from Pella, Renewal by Anderson and I think Thompson Creek was the third one. All provided laughable quotes. I don’t know how those places stay in business with their prices.

We had 34 windows installed and it made a huge difference with instant results. Traffic is much quieter where we don’t hear much or it’s reduced significantly. House is holding in the air now. And pollen is staying out just in time for high pollen season (mid-April).

And the installer Josue Alas and his partner were awesome. Two guys installed 34 windows in two days. Not a joke. I watched them and made sure they sealed every window with spray foam and caulked like crazy. They did not take shortcuts and used aluminum casing on the outside that they crafted on site. Have you ever seen caulk around the outside of windows and doors that had cracks because they didn’t use enough? Not these guys. They made sure the windows were sealed inside and out.

Today I just had my order of 12 windows done and installed. The Tech Jouse was very friendly and efficient with the whole install. They were done fast and the work was good. The Rep Chis was friendly and knows his stuff. I'd gladly recommend Window World (DMV)

I had Window World replace 16 windows and the front door with side windows. The products design and manufacture were superior in quality and beautiful in appeal. I have their windows installed throughout my house and they won’t lock!!! I’ve never had any windows stop locking. What garbage and a huge safety issue. I bought my house a couple years ago but the warranty wasn’t officially transferred so I have to pay for the repair. Apparently the warranty doesn’t come with the property. Don’t buy these cheap windows.
