Bubany Supply

I was just traveling through the area, camping for a few nights in the national forest and discovered the bracket holding my battery had come loose and I couldn’t find the bolt. Based upon what I saw in the reviews, I chose to go to Bubany Supply in hopes of finding a local hardware store like I knew in my earlier years (before the rise of the big box stores) with the kind of personal attention I sorely miss. Sure enough, I was only steps inside the door when I was greeted and asked what I needed. The clerk matched the bolt I needed, handed it to me, and said that it would cost him more to ring it up than it was worth, then wished me a good day. Thank you, sir, for your kindness. One doesn’t see this kind of service any more. I highly recommend this place.

Went to Bubany today and they were unhappy to help us because it was almost five o’clock. Then they put on our items on trailer and asked us to move out of the yard so they can leave . We did not do as they ask but tied down our expensive supplies properly and then we left as they got their supervisor . It was 5:07 as we left , they could’nt even help us and we’re more concern on leaving at 5:00. We are the reason they have a jobs and purchase items from them . What happen to customer service ?

Bubany is stealing money from the customers that get assistance from the Navajo Nation chapter houses when there's a tax free contract with them. They will try to give you the damage material and claim it's what they have. If you do not speak up for yourselves bubany will screw you for every cent they can get. Beware.
