BTBI Renovations

This was our first time doing renovations inside the home. The process was so much better than I could have imagined. Nick was spot on with the time estimate and payments. Everyone we came into contact with was so kind and I always felt like it was clean when they left. Nick took a drab office that we didn’t like to use and turned it into an office fit for royalty. We will definitely be using them in the future and can’t wait for the next project!

We worked with BTBI to renovate our kitchen, primary bed/bath, and a full bath. As our first time renovation we could not have asked for a better experience and outcome! Nick and team really took care to minimize disruption and debris while working in our home and their finish work is outstanding. Nick was always in regular communication with us and transparent with pricing and timing throughout the projects. We are so fortunate to have found BTBI and look forward to working with them again!

Nick and the BTBI team remodeled our primary bathroom and were great to work with. We've used a number of contractors in the past and were never satisfied. Nick is by far the best we've had. He's great with communication, the work is quality, he truly cares about the end result, and the cost is reasonable. I highly recommend him!

Nick and his team did an amazing job remodeling our master bathroom. The curbless shower installation, plumbing fixtures, tile layout and installation are superb. We had a number of nonstandard features and Nick was communicative and confident in carrying out the work. He was on time, on schedule, and upfront about any cost adjustments.

We are so pleased with his attention to detail, good management, and open communication that we have just signed on for another bathroom remodel.

Nick and his team did a wonderful job with my kitchen renovation. It looks amazing and they were proactive, timely, and communicative throughout the process.

Nick and his crew added a full bathroom to my nearly 100 year-old house, completely renovated the existing powder room, removed a huge brick chimney that ran through the center of the house and installed a new floor-to-ceiling pantry in its place. Nick was spot on with his estimate of how long the work would take, despite some supply chain issues, and the whole crew was super reliable and left my house clean and in great condition every day. The finished project is exactly what I imagined and wanted, and I couldn’t be happier! Billing was straight-forward; everything about this company is top-notch and professional. Nick addressed every question in a timely and courteous manner. He listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions along the way. I have done several remodels in my life, and this was by far the easiest and the best. I am already planning my next project with BTBI!

We were referred to BTBI for our en-suite renovation by one of their satisfied clients and Nick & his crew did not disappoint. Nick (and Nick) did an amazing job! Along with Krystle’s incredible design skills, they transformed our bathroom from a dark, 30-year old room to a beautiful bright space - the best part is the heated floors!

Renovation aside, we were also impressed at their timeliness and how they cleaned up every day after they left. They were prompt in their communication during the remodel and didn’t drop the ball on anything. They also were so careful with our indoor pets to not accidentally let them outside while going in and out of the door... it’s those little things that we were impressed with and appreciated the most!

The en-suite was our first remodeling priority, and we are already planning our next room. We'll definitely be using BTBI again!

BTBI was contracted initially to renovate 2 bathrooms. However, the work grew exponentially to include a myriad of additional projects. Yet, BTBI managed to address all of our needs in a professional and expeditious manner. We found BTBI to be an outstanding and honest organization. Unlike most contractors the owner, Nick Levin, is a perfectionist who takes personal pride in his work. He is one of the few contractors who actually does exactly what he promises and completes the job within the allotted time frame. His team of subcontractors is composed of highly experienced individuals who are subject matter experts in their respective trades. Nick utilizes best practices, from a business prospective in terms of planning, organizing, managing, monitoring, and coordinating the entire project. The best words to describe Nick are talented, detailed oriented, flexible, and amazing. We are grateful for the renovations completed by BTBI and would not hesitate to refer Nick and his company for any of your home improvement projects.
