This company did an outstanding job removing and replacing my large asphalt driveway. The first day, they removed the old driveway, added and fixed stone underlayment, and compacted the stone. The next morning, they compacted the stone again, and laid the new asphalt. Great job - highly recommend.

Josh and Josh Jr had a facia soffet repair on our house due to the hard March winds we've had. It was a challenge as they didn't have a lot to work with from the original builders design. However, they worked on it very carefully and got it up and it is fastened on very tightly!! They also reinforced the same gingerbread type wooden piece on another front roof peak. Very nice, thorough and a pleasure to work with! We've also had their company do driveway sealing in the past and will use again!!

Josh Bryer was very quick and responsive to my inquiry for roof damage from one of our latest storms that passed through the area. On his initial visit he quickly accessed the condition of the lack of roof ventilation, the shingles on the roof and a small area of siding damage. He offered multiple approaches to address all items. It was decided that the 17 year old roof needed to be removed due to two soft spots found and new sheeting and shingles were needed to fix and replace the roof. The shingles were rated at 110 mph plus due to my rural location. Additional ventilation was added to the overhang/eves. The installation crew was very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. The siding area in question was repaired quickly also. All work and cleanup was completed in a professional manner as weather permitted. I would definitely recommend The Bryer Company and will use them again if need be.

I had some shingles come off my roof due to a recent storm and I knew I wouldn't need to make a claim to my insurance company so I knew Bryer Company installs and repairs roofs. Now, I know the owner, Josh Bryer, but not that well and I have not spoken to him in a couple of years. I called and left a message and he text me back almost immediately informing me he was on vacation, but when he gets back to town he will take a look at my roof. Josh came by and inspected the roof and replaced the missing shingles FREE OF CHARGE! I was not expecting him to do that. I insisted that if he came by when I was not home to please bill me. Bryer Company installed a new roof on my house. They did an excellent job. They did it in the time frame they said they would do it in. They cleaned up all the mess. I also had an issue with the attic hatch lifting up during storms. Bryer Company removed all my soffit and installed new ventilated soffits. I haven’t had any issues with my attic hatch since. Due to strong winds this past weekend, the winds pulled about 10 ft. of my fascia off. I called Bryer Company on Monday and they came out that day and removed the damaged fascia and fixed the drip edge, inspected the roof and installed the new fascia. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Buyer company recently replaced my roof. The owner, Josh, gave me daily updates and communicated everything in a timely fashion. All pricing for extras were spelled out in advance leading to no surprises.

My positive experience started with the estimate. Josh came to my house and walked me through everything happening and even showed me examples. He was the only roofer to look in the attic for a full scope of the project.

I have a large roof and his team was able to complete the tear off, repairs, and installed the new roof in a week. They cleaned up their mess every night before leaving and were all professional.

Edit: We recently experienced wind damage to our roof and a small section of the shingles blew off. I contacted Owens Corning to start a warranty claim issue. At the same time, I contacted Bryer Company to have the shingles replaced. They arrived the following day and completed the job. After it was completed, I spoke to Josh again and asked how much I owed. He replied, nothing we stand by our work and my own person warranty. In addition, he noted that there was additional damage to an exhaust pipe and suggested we contact a plumber to have it looked at.
I am extremely happy that we went with Bryer Company for our roof replacement and will keep them in mind for future projects.

Bad experience. Had a quote on a roof repair, when I couldn't have the repair done the following day due to schedule I was told there was an 8 week wait. I waited it has now been 10 weeks have yet to hear a word from anyone. Very disappointing would not recommend.
