Bryant roofing came out and inspected our roof after a storm. They pointed out things that were issues from when there was a new roof put on over 10 years ago. Bryant also guided us when working with our insurance company. We would highly recommend them.

This was my first time I asked for a quote from Bryant Roofing Systems. They were my least expensive quote & they did an outstanding job. I have multiple rental houses so I’ve got some experience with roofing companies. Bryant was professional, honest and very easy with which to work. I got on the roof with the roofing crew and they were very knowledgeable and nice. They went above and beyond to protect the deck furniture moving it out of harms way and putting every piece back in the same exact position. I cannot praise them enough. Oh, and they have multiple payment options that allows you to sign and pay the contracts online. Just a great experience. I will definitely call on them again.

I don't usually leave reviews. However, I recently hired Bryant Roofing Systems for my property in Zionsville. It was pleasure to work with them. I was impressed with every facet of their process. They were prompt with scheduling my roof inspection. They emailed me photos of what needed repair. Their quote was fairly priced. They started the work shortly after I signed the agreement and paid the initial deposit. Their employees were friendly and courteous. The work spanned two days. Their team was there early and stayed late. They were thoughtful about preparations to protect my property while they worked. They cleaned up after themselves. As they were leaving the first evening, they didn't know I was observing. I watched them stop their vehicle to pick up some debris from the work that flew away from my property, earlier that day. That alone told me that I was in really good hands. The communication and coordination was really good as well. The payment terms were very reasonable. I felt comfortable throughout the process. Even when we ran into an unexpected issue, they were quick to provide me with a wonderful customer experience. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. In my opinion, their company deserves to be the #1 roofing company in Indiana. I really wish that my business transactions with other companies servicing residential homes were operated by their owner. I want good quality work, at a fair price, completed within a reasonable time frame. I was so impressed with Bryant Roofing Systems that I've offered to be a reference for up to 10 prospective customers for 12 months. It's really great to have a positive experience with a well operated business.

This is a wonderful company that my husband and I have been so fortunate as to use twice now (on different roofs!). The owner is very responsive, as is his office, and the company does high-quality work that's also priced accessibly.

Both times, we were very impressed by our new roofs and how sharp they looked. Something else I especially appreciated both times was how little the company requires from the homeowner in order to come out and do their estimates, and to actually start work. That's helpful if you are, as I was, the family member who's at home during the day, but you aren't necessarily the one who's knowledgeable about repairs!

I was also wowed by was how precisely the crew reassembled the setup on my patio after they were done. We had all sorts of stuff out: two patio tables, an umbrella, six chairs, an assortment of tools, even cups. All of these things got moved to the middle of the yard while the crew worked, and were replaced again afterward. And the level of accuracy was unbelievable - I had even left one earring on a patio table, and it was right back there again when the crew left. I couldn't have done any better myself.

Entire experience was excellent. Having roof leaks are not fun, but they took the stress out of it for us. Came out quick for estimate, then had a very reasonable turnaround time for repair. Highly recommend them!

Found Bryant roofing systems on a google search after experiencing a leak in my dining room. The receptionist scheduled me for an emergency appointment with Eric and they came out that very day. My roof was repaired quickly and was very satisfied with their work and with how professional they were. I have already recommended Bryant to a family member that is having roofing issues as well. I will call them for all of my roofing needs for now on. Thank you.

They said they would be out one of two days to replace our gutters. I work from home taking phone calls and I have dogs so when they did not show the 1st day I took the next day because I knew my dogs would go crazy having strangers working on their house. When they didn't call to confirm they would be out I called them. They had no idea that they were coming out that day and tried to tell me they would come the next. I explained that would not work because I would not be able to get the time off work. They then agreed to come out that day. Then just before they were supposed to show they called my husband and said they were not going to come out that day but the next and we did not need to be there for them to do the work. I don't know of anyone that would be ok having a company work on their house and no one be home. I canceled my order with them and we have found another company to do the work; their estimate was even lower than Bryant's!

Bryant Roofing Systems was recommended to us by our remodeling contractor as "The only roofing company I use". BRS finished off a second floor balcony as part of the work our remodeler had already completed. I took them at their word and called Damon the next day. Damon was able to come out and inspect our roof almost immediately, sent the quote the next day, and dropped off samples based on our interests. Once we accepted the quote, the work was scheduled for the next week!

On the appointed day, the crew showed up on time, worked in 95* heat with equal humidity, and were finished in one day. They took their time cleaning up not only our property, but any debris that made it into our neighbor's yards (including using a rolling magnet to pick up any rogue nails). I just can't say enough good things about how professional, efficient, and conscientious the crew was throughout the day. They especially appreciated it when I shooed away a haranguing passerby.

Throughout the whole process, Damon & Kristen were helpful, knowledgable, courteous, and professional. I have, and will, highly recommend Bryant Roofing Systems to anyone who needs a new roof to protect and beautify their investment. Well done BRS!

My home was overdue for a new roof, and Bryant was very helpful in getting a new one. They very quick to respond to my call, and were out to my house shortly after I contacted them. They finished work in a timely manner, and the whole crew was incredibly polite. I definitely am NOT looking forward to having to do more work on my roof, but I’ll be going back to Bryant Roofing Systems when the time comes!
