Thieves and cheats.

This company was enlisted to provide roofing of a certain size and dimension. When production was finished, they had reversed the length and width dimensions. Unfortunately, due to putting my trust in the company, this was not noticed until the materials were taken possession of. When they were called they didn’t have any concern or care for the mistake they made. None at all. The purchase was disputed with my financial institution, and unfortunately the bank believed Bruce and Dana when they said it was the product asked for. In spite of receipts showing two different dimensions were asked for and produced.

Do NOT patronize this company. They will lie, steal and then continue to cheat you.

Hi, I have used Bruce and Dana products for decades and been very pleased. In reading the online Google reviews, it is obvious to me that someone is displeased with Bruce and Dana and is posting fictitious (fake) bad reviews. Example: Beautyinout has posted one star reviews for both the Salem and Medford Bruce and Dana shops, and who does business with both stores? Why does that person not have any other reviews of other companies? All the Best to Bruce and Dana, your good customers know you have good quality and service. David

I stopped buying from them due to the fact that they only take cash or checks, it is really frustrating to not be able to get what I need when I forget my checkbook or don't carry cash, I filled out their credit application and they did not approve me despite the fact that I've been buying from them for 2 years, knew the owner for all that time and thought that we had a good business relation. I have good credit and I have good reference accounts such as ABC roofing supply, Beacon, Roof line, home depot, sherwin williams, I have never missed a payment and we are talking about tens of thousands of dollars every month, and getting my application denied from Bruce and Dana after knowing the owner and the employees for over 2 years, is an insult to me, it makes me think they don't t want my business anymore, they really need to start taking cards, is the 20th century. Another one of the reasons why Taylor's metal is a much better company with better prices.
