I had brownwood roofing come out to give me a quote on some repairs i needed for some wood siding that was damaged right before a string of spring thunderstorms. The quote i received was reasonable and once there was a nice day in the forecast, i was able to get on their schedule and repairs were made. Thanks again! I’ll definitely use them again.

Brownwood Roofing Ohio is not the typical roofing company that we've encountered before. Mr. Brown himself has years of experience as a roofer, and was the one who actually climbed on our roof to assess it. He is also the one who has worked with us through the entire process. When the work was being done, his project manage was onsite the entire time, and Mr. Brown was also here throughout the day to assess progress. When the job was finished, he was the one who did the final inspection, double and triple checked to be sure that everything was cleaned up properly, and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. When a falling shingle got caught by the wind and snagged a window screen, he was the one who pointed it out to us, and was back the next week to fix it himself. He is as personable and professional as he is skilled in his work, and his company went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. We would absolute use Brownwood Roofing Ohio again in the future, and highly recommend them.

Living in Ohio you never know what kind of weather you may get. Of course we had a Wind/Hail storm and it caused damage to my roof. As a home owner that can be a HUGH headache, not to mention this is my 1st insurance claim for my house. Ed the owner of Brownwood Roofing Ohio came and knocked on my door. Normally I don't answer the door for strangers but I seen his business truck so I decided to open the door. He was very professional and conducted himself very well. He stated that he seen the damage on my roof and would like to take a look for me. I agreed to let him look at the damage. He went above and beyond if you ask me. He took pictures of the damage and stated he would send them directly to my email so I could have a copy for myself.
I told him at that time that if I decided to get the repairs I would definitely give him a call. I did not look any further because I appreciated his professionalism and the way he conducted business. When I reported the damage to my insurance company, they immediately started a claim and I contacted Ed for the roof repairs. Each time I contacted Ed for any questions or concerns he always responded in a timely manner. Very patient and very thorough throughout the entire process. From our initial contact to the completion of the repairs he maintained his commitment. Everything was a 10 out of 10. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Brownwood Roofing Ohio. Ed and his team did an amazing job on my roof! They replaced the roof on my home, garage, attached screen porch and added a roof to my breezeway connecting it to the house. They started on time, cleaned up after themselves and even had 2 women leading the charge during the initial roof removal (diversity is important to me). Ed took detailed pictures so I could clearly see what they were doing and why. The job was done quickly and professionally, and was fairly priced. I waited until it rained before leaving my review and .... the roof was perfect! I also appreciated the way Ed made sure I was confident in my shingle and gutter selection. I would highly recommend Brownwood Roofing!

This company Exceeds expectations in every way. First time homeowner and first time making huge decisions about the house, I was a little lost. Ed was conscientious and nothing but patient explaining the process to me. Reasonable prices. He’s Communicative and personally on-site a lot to watch over. Roof looks great. When he inspected work inside, Ed himself discovered a small mistake one of the crew made. He absolutely bent over backwards to see it fixed ASAP and properly and I have zero complaints about the entire experience. I’m impressed. Can attest to his safety and professionalism to women,️‍ ️‍⚧️ which unfortunately is a rare quality in a contractor. 10/10.

I really enjoyed working with Ed and his team. He answered all my questions so I understood everything. They were on time, knock out the work in one day (even staying an extra hour to clean my yard). I give them 5 stars for the quality of work, communication and friendliness of the entire team.

I don't often leave Google reviews but I felt I needed to for Brownwood Roofing because I was over the moon happy after our roof inspection.

Ed came out to investigate a roof leak that was starting to make its way through our kitchen ceiling. Unlike the majority of roofers we've encountered in the past for prior roof issues and current, there wasn't a single moment where I felt Ed was trying to give us the run around and/or sign us up for a larger project than we needed. Meeting with him felt genuine from the start.

He was incredibly honest with us on where the leak was coming from, how/why it started, how we can temporarily patch it until spring, and how we could fully fix it ourselves despite it going against his company's best interest. I'm pretty handy myself, but after meeting with Ed I'd happily pay a bit more to have him and his crew do the repair, not just for the peace of mind but to support the business in general.

Brownwood replaced sections of damaged soffit & fascia for us, as well as cleaning the gutters & installing guards.
The price quoted was fair, they kept me informed about scheduling, and arrived on time when promised.
They went above and beyond in doing additional work not quoted once they removed some of the damaged wood and found other issues, and even though I agreed to pay for the extra work required, they stuck to the original quoted price for the complete job!
They also hauled away all of the old wood and other construction debris as well as raking the yard and going over the area with a large magnet to ensure nothing was left behind.

The next time I need roof, gutter, or soffit work, I know who I will be calling first!

We were in need of a new roof, and after several estimates we decided to go with Brownwood Roofing. Mr. Brown was VERY prompt, professional, and has excellent workmanship. I felt comfortable in asking questions and he answered each one, he even walked me through an unexpected problem. The time frame of getting the job done was fast. We were experiencing some water damage in our ceiling which was under a section of our roof that was in pretty bad shape (due to a poor quality job done by another roofing company for the previous owners of the home).

After initially going through a poor experience with a different roofing company, we were referred to Brownwood Roofing for help. From the first point of contact with Ed, I felt much better about who we were working with.

Ed is a very knowledgeable guy with an extensive background in roofing (commercial and residential), and was very open/honest with his assessment of our issues. He provided a thorough report that included photos of problem areas along with a quote/description for the work they would do.

Whenever I had any questions throughout the process, Ed was responsive through email or text.

As for the work they did, the team was very thorough, and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly, and even provided a ton of photos showing how the area looked at different phases of the job - which was nice given it was on an area of the roof we aren’t able to freely walk on and inspect ourselves.

Since the repair, we’ve had plenty of rain and I haven’t seen any water show up in the problem area. I was very pleased with the work they did, and will definitely reach out to them for any future work (they also fix issues with gutters and siding).
