Love to try to support local businesses, but do not like feeling like I’m a burden when I come and ask questions; especially when they look like they’re annoyed, and or mad that I need help. It’s not just one employee either; it’s been from multiple employees…Walked right out today.. If you don’t like dealing with customers, then please find another job. Especially the manager/whoever the guy was. Rbf male style lol. All I know is customer Service is not

I've had good luck buying lumber here, especially 1x pine. Seems to be a lot better quality than Blowes and Home Cheapo. The guys in the yard are cool. I wish they had more stuff for the historic trades, but nobody does, so I won't hold that against them.
Excellent customer care. Very informative and knowledgeable in many different areas of new construction, remodeling, large and small projects. The staff always goes above and beyond to take care of your needs.
