Can’t ever get ahold of front office lady and when I did was not helpful at all and kind of rude.
No it was a human female customer service rep I don’t remember her name but I called several times and just rang and rang.
I was not satisfied with the timeliness to inspect storm damage and the scheduling of tasks.

We had an outstanding experience with Brown Roofing. They did a full reroof on our home and handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and efficiency. They are very knowledgeable about roofing and helped us with insurance issues - which was a huge help to us.

The crew worked so hard, were respectful, and left our property spotless when the job was done. The quality of the work is top-notch, and we’ve had multiple neighbors comment on how nice the new roof looks.

This was such a hassle-free experience! Our roof was replaced in one day and the clean up was thorough. Brown Roofing replaced our roof in early April and we couldn't be more pleased. The crew was professional, courteous and efficient. We had a total tear down and redecking. It took 2 1/2 days from start to finish and the clean up was excellent. It was a large job and they sent a crew big enough to do the job. They didn't mess around. They came in, got the job done and moved on. It was one of the better experiences we have had with a home improvement project.

Very happy with the roof that was done 4 years ago. Lloyd inspected the roof initially and saw hail damage,. When the insurance adjuster came to review our roof Lloyd was there going over the damages. We got approved with insurance and it saved us a lot of money. The project was completed on time and looked great. We had an issue in 2020 and Lloyd came out and fixed the problem without any charges to us. I trust this company with our house .

A huge thank you to Brown Roofing for a phenomenal job and a beautiful new roof! But more than anything, we are grateful for a company that went far beyond the extra mile in customer service to advocate for us and our roof claim. Our area experienced significant storm damage which resulted in new roofs on about every house in our neighborhood, but we ran into several road blocks with our inspection and claim process. If it were up to us, we wouldn’t have had the knowledge or energy to pursue it, but Brown Roofing handled everything with professionalism and very necessary persistence. They went out of their way to keep the burden of the situation on their shoulders instead of ours and we are so very grateful! 100% will return for future service and absolutely highly recommend!
