Yesterday, I heard a scratching sound coming from the outside of my home office's window. When I got outside I saw this crazy squirrel sitting on the HVAC pipes that go into my attic. After throwing a few shoes...it finally ran away. Since I didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach the spot, I sent my drone up to view the damage. Luckily, it never got in...but I needed to get it repaired quickly. So I contacted Brown and spoke to Patrick. I explained the problem and sent him a picture of the damage. He listened intently, asked questions and had firm grasp of what I needed. He was able to work me into his busy schedule and arrived within the estimated window of time. Patrick was friendly and a total professional...the work was done quickly and the price was fair. Patrick has completed two projects for me, and I am very pleased with both! Patrick took time to deliver detailed quotes and answered all questions. His work was completed in a timely manner. Patrick cleaned his work area before leaving. He is very respectful. His prices are reasonable. I am impressed with the front porch he constructed for us. His attention to detail certainly sets his work to a higher level. I hope to use Brown Construction again soon.

Patrick is very detail oriented and also a hard worker. He built new outdoor steps and installed new sliding glass door. It looks great! He’ll be building our new deck next spring.
