Brooks Siding Windows & Doors

Used Brooks SWD for a much needed window and door upgrade. Mark and Steve were great to work with throughout the project, which was needed considering my past negative experiences with other contractors. Prompt and responsive service. Pricing was very fair for quality products. They worked clean and finished quality was great. Would definitely use again and recommend Brooks SWD.

My husband & I attended the Home Show in January 2024 and met Mark, along with several other contractors. We were interested in siding, gutters and doors. Mark was the last person we met, based on his location to the exit.
All other companies that came out ,were able to discuss product and presented a quote based on our selections.
However, Mark comes out to measure, but invites you to his showroom to discuss project. I mention this, because I'm SURE, I am not the only customer who is thinking about the commute to the showroom "JUST" for a price and deciding if we should even make the trip.
I can't say ENOUGH how ESTATIC I am, that I convinced myself for us to make the 1 hour commute each way, to the showroom.
When we first arrived, I was IMPRESSED with not only the storefront but the presentation. There was NO PRESSURE, and NO SALES pitches.
The conversation started and I informed Mark that we had already spoke with another contractor, who we also met at the show and we were scheduled to sign a contract.
I had NO IDEA what I was about to purchase from the other contractor. WHAT A MISTAKE I WOULD HAVE made and one that we were spending a BOAT LOAD of money on.
Until we met Mark, we had no knowledge of the different products and specs that MATTERED, besides just color or how it looked.
We soon realized, Mark is who we needed to hire, NO QUESTIONS.
Mark explained EVERY product we were buying and described all the differences between each. He made suggestions ,but let it be our choice, which product we went with.
Fast forward a few months later and Brooks arrives on site to start the project.
Steve is PHENOMINAL, at his attention to detail and dedication to his customer. He touches every project as if it were his own home, probably better! :) He NEVER left any stone unturned and up until the last second, CRITIQUED every aspect.
The crew working at our home, worked long and hard days! They were onsite before 7am and some evenings, there until after 7pm. They NEVER stopped and only took 30 minutes for lunch. Steve, worked right through, not even taking lunch.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, MAKE THE TRIP TO THE SHOWROOM! An even bigger favor you should do yourself is, HIRE BROOKS! QUALITY ,SERVICE, EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE is what you will get and will be ESTATIC you made the right choice!
If it weren't for Mark, Steve and the crew, we would have never been as happy as we are and proud, when someone compliments on the house. To the entire staff @ Brooks, thank you, will NEVER be enough, for the gratitude we have, TO ALL OF YOU!

These guys did an AMAZING job, from the start working with Mark picking out exactly what I wanted to Steve and the crew doing the work, my house is 62 years old converted from cedar to composite and new windows/doors and I could not be more impressed, the install went what seemed to be flawless even with construction repairs being needed due to the age of the house and the communication was great

We have used Brooks on multiple projects between my house and my mother's (Front Door replacements, Back Door Replacement and Windows). This summer they replaced most of my windows, shutters and back deck. Other contractors wouldn't even quote some of my windows because they have the decorative half moon above some of them, but Brooks didn't have an issue with it.

The craftmanship and attention to detail on the deck and the window boxes was fantastic! If they didn't like the way something came out, they would do it again. Without being asked.

The entire crew was friendly and hard working. Mark and Steve were fantastic start to finish on this project!

I already asked them to quote something else.

We contracted with Brooks in 2021 to replace all of our windows, install a new front door, new gutters, new shutters and strip and install siding on our home. We used Brooks last year for a full exterior house makeover. Mark spent countless hours with us to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. I wanted to give it a year before posting and i couldn’t be more pleased with our new siding and the entire process. A talented team showed up on schedule and did a great job. Their work is outstanding and they don’t leave a mess. If you have questions post installation Steve the foreman; who is very good at what he does, will be right over to answer your questions.

Incredibly happy with the product and service I received with my new kitchen windows! Mark and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and flexible with choosing windows and setting up an installation time. The quality of the windows is exceptional and the crew didn't leave any trace of a mess from installing. I would definitely use Brooks again for future projects!

Brooks installed our windows & they look amazing. They gave us plenty of time to prep as we have a crazy 1 year old. The inside shaker trim came out gorgeous, adds the charm to our home that we were looking for. The team was efficient, on time & very professional. We will be working with them again soon on replacing our garage door. 5/5 would recommend.

Brooks did my siding and my experience from start to finish was amazing! Mark was great to work with, especially in picking a color and working within my budget! Not only do they provide outstanding quality, they were fast, professional and made sure every detail was perfect. Steve was also great and I knew that I had nothing to worry about with him on site and his crew. I would recommend them to ANYONE in the area as I am now contemplating my next project with them! I have to say this was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had when it comes to home improvements!!! Mark was extremely informative and knew exactly what would work and what wouldn't work. I had some minor doubts with the final decisions cause it was a big change and there was no going back once the order was placed BUT once the bay window went in and the shutters were on... I was in total AWWW! All my doubts were gone and I was EXTREMELY HAPPY with the finale project! As if Mark could see the finish project before it even started!!

Now lets not forget about Steve! Steve was amazing from the time he measured the window during our first meet and greet all the way through the completion!! It started with a bow window and we ended up with a bow window, shutters and a side storm door!! Not to mention a quote for a back deck!

In the spring I will most definitley be calling on them to do our deck! I was disappointed to hear they do not do walls or fences cause they are fantastic!!! Would love to use them for everything!!

The best decision ever. It was time for our windows to be replaced and we were debating on Construction v/s replacement. After having a few discussions with a few vendors, we decided to go with Brooks on Construction Windows. Brooks gave us various options and spend a good amount of time with detailed explanations. Team Rudy / Steve did an excellent job on the installation.
They are very knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Brooks for all your windows needs.

Had windows and siding done with Brooks - materials came in sooner than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Rudy and his crew were fabulous - highly skilled, professional, pleasant, and they cleaned up after themselves daily. Brooks has just completed the Siding, Windows, and Door. Sounds corny but it is true – When you deal with Brooks, you are treated like family, probably better in many cases. Mark (owner) and Steve helped us design our look that we have today. They are very patient people and never made me feel indecisive even though I am. The process from the first day we walked into Brooks until the end of the project has been incredibly satisfying. The computer-based design process made it so easy to envision what our new outside up lift would look like. We love our new outdoor look! The step by step process they use is exactly how we like doing business. They are thorough, detailed, and customer oriented. We enjoyed working with the entire staff. They totally complement each other and work as a team. The entire project was so clean, every day they took great care of our home as they worked. We sincerely recommend Brooks Siding Windows Doors and hope to have them back for other projects! Thanks to the Brooks staff!

I recently had siding and windows done in my home and was so happy with the work done by Brooks. They’re were so helpful with all of the questions I had and were happy to guide me through the process. I had numerous quotes done by other siding companies and was so happy with the service that Mark and Steve provided. I would highly recommend Brooks to anyone I know.

I just had siding windows and doors done by Brooks. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and took the time to go over all details of the job. They have a beautiful showroom that displays all of their products and I found it very helpful making my decision. I would highly recommend them.

Edited my initial review after receiving a nasty phone call from the owner about the negative i left.

Originally had reached out for an estimate for 2 windows to be replaced. 10 days had gone by and 3 phone calls later and had yet to get a call back with an estimate. Or even a courtesy call saying sorry we are working on it.

It didn't seem like i was going to get a call back and i had already gotten a quote from another company much faster than this, so i was just going to go with them.

So i left a 1 star review here, and IMMEDIATELY got a call and voicemail from the owner in a very nasty tone saying "how impatient i am and they told me how busy they were". Which for one they didn't. They came down for the estimate not even 48 hours after i called originally.

He did say he had to reach out to the maker of the window for the size pricing, but the other installer i got a quote from had no issues and was able to get me a quote just a few days later.

Stay away if this is how they treat customers. It's one thing to take long and be delayed, to then leave a message with an attitude and call the customer impatient instead of trying to work it out, is just bad business.

We had all 26 windows; a front door and a sliding door done by Brooks. We researched a number of companies, and we're most impressed by Mark and his team. Unlike the other guys, Mark spent a lot of time on discussing the installation where the other companies sales guys just talked about how great their windows were. The price was competitive and the care and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. We are going to ask them to do a deck for us too. I highly recommend Brooks - domain experts; family owned and high quality work and material. 5 stars!!

I recommend Brooks to anyone looking for high quality work and excellent customer service for their home improvement needs. I got their name from a friend who had used them years ago, and was so happy with their results. Their reputation and work speaks for itself. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them.

My husband and I contacted 3 companies to give us quotes on vinyle siding, windows and doors. My husband is in construction so he knew what he wanted. Brooks was, by far, the most comprehensive quote that we got.

We sat down with Mark and he outlined exactly what they would do to make the house as maintainence free as possible. They gave us a comprehensive understanding of the differences between their quote and what the other companies offered. For example, stripping & wrapping our windows so they did not have a cave like appearence many other vinyl sided window casings have, making sure that all the former siding was stripped off and anything rotted was removed. I would not have noticed any of this but my husband absolutely would have. And as the construction progressed, he inspected the work carefully every day. If we had any concerns, and those were very few, they were addressed immediately. If we wanted changes, they were adaptable and would help to suggest ways to mitigate the extra costs.
At the end of each day, the guys would clean up after themselves making sure there was no trash left behind. Mark would stop by frequently and be happy to address any concerns (or give advice on accessorizing).
At the end of the job I found no more than 2 nails left behind. There was no sign that they were here except for a beautiful job that we have received compliment after compliment on. We have had neighbors who we rarely speak to stop and tell us how great the house looks. And it really does.
Is Brooks cheap? Absolutely not but we didn't want cheap, we wanted good. That is what we got. I can not recommend them enough.
