Shane responded and was at my house 45 minutes after I called him. We had a few tiles fall down from strong winds and he had it all fixed up and looking perfect in less than an hour. They originally quoted me a really fair price but since they were able to re-use my tiles they cut that price by another 30+%. Can't recommend these guys enough.
