I didn't get any work done but I received an estimate. I'm not very knowledgeable about this sort of stuff and love that they were very straight forward and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need like other places. Definitely recommend.

They worked with our insurance company seamlessly so we didn't have to deal with the hassle. It’s amazing! From my first consultation to the the final installation! Very Accommodating with my huge Roof loss and working with me and my insurance company! Incredible! Workmanship, scheduling, and transparency! They are honest and not selling ice to an eskimo! Their installers stayed late and finished the next morning! Clean up was like nothing I imagined! Brian was very responsive and kept us aware of scheduling issues. He also recommended a carpenter for a new stairway to our deck. The crew was very professional with both the house and the hangar being two full days. The cleanup was excellent with negligible shrubbery damage. Brian Dawson Roofing recently replaced our roof and gutters .. a very complex job due to the contours and extreme slope of our roof. The company did an excellent job on all aspects of the work... their workmanship and quality was outstanding ... everything happened on schedule ... and the clean-up was timely and thorough.

Brian Donohue is friendly, knowledgeable (about roofing / exteriors and about insurance) and has great instincts for advising (without showing sales pressure). Brian Donoghue came out for the original estimate, answered all of our questions with patience and clarity, and made a special effort to get us the color shingles we wanted. We had several places where shingles had been blown off in a severe storm exposing our roof and another storm was on its way days before our new roof was going to be installed. Brian Donoghue went the extra mile for us and, with the help of Brian Dawson himself, hustled to make sure that all of those places were covered before the storm hit. Without the protective tarps, we would have potentially had several roof leaks. Brian Donoghue checked in with us to make sure the installation was going well, and was available for questions and concerns. The installation team was terrific also - professional, fast, and clean. I called the company at 8:00 on Saturday morning and left a message due to the office being closed. However, within 10 minutes John returned my call and had an employee there temporarily covering the damaged area by noon. The repair was completed the next week when weather permitted. John stayed in contact and followed up with me through the entire process. I highly recommend this company.

Brian Dawson roofing has replaced our roof, and fixed an issue with some window trim. I just had John out again to talk about fixing some siding.

Had a long-time water issue from a roofing repair. The original roofing repair company could not find the solution. John Dawson, with Brian Dawson Roofing, came and quickly assessed the issue and for a few hundred dollars corrected the flashing issue and got it done within a few days, even around holidays.
