Brixton & Windsor Roofing

I contacted Brixton and Windsor Roofing after the bomb cyclone hit and caused damage to my roof. Daniel responded to my request quickly and scheduled someone to come out the next day. The staff are extremely professional and provided a free estimate. The employee that came out showed me the damaged areas of my roof and answered all of my questions. I was provided with an extremely fair quote and moved forward with having Brixton and Windsor complete the roof repairs. The roofers did an excellent job repairing the roof and a portion of the gutter. They took pictures of their work and reviewed the pictures of the completed repairs with me and left my yard spotless. Their billing process is very organized and I appreciate that they offer various payment methods. Brixton and Windsor has been great to work with and I will definitely use them in the future for all my roofing and gutter needs.

Daniel and his team did an absolutely marvelous job. As my house is older, I not only had to replace the shingles but the plywood as well, which was my decision. They accomplished all of this in two days, which is absolutely astonishing since they had to remove the plywood and the old shingles and then replace them. Their cleanup on the site was well done and all of the staff respected our property. Would I hire them again? Absolutely and without question. I am grateful for a job well done that was accomplished in a manner that was pain free.

Great experience with Brixton. From the office coordinator, owner Daniel and the foreman Nelson. Daniel communication was wonderful from the start to the end. Nelson made sure the work is completed as schedule to prevent additional issuee to the roof even though the schedule day it was raining. A few hiccups but Daniel and Nelson made sure that it's corrected and handled properly. Will recommend them to family and friends. And we’ll be using them again when the time comes to replace the whole roof.

Type of work: Roof rot repair. During deck replacement over the kitchen, rot in the adjacent roof was discovered. Deck contractor doesn't do roof work and asked we hire a roofing contractor to do repairs. Daniel H of Brixton & Windsor called back within the hour and came the next morning. Daniel easy to take to and understand description of the work to be included in his quote. The repair quote was very reasonable. He sent a crew out 2 days later. Our deck contractor "face time" with Brixton & Windsor crew to go over the flashing and shingles replacement for compatibility with the deck replacement. We are very pleased to have worked with Daniel and Briston & Windsor work was excellent. And our deck replacement project remained on schedule.

Didn't know anything about him, so I started digging more info. Gave him a call, introduced him to my superiors and gave him a chance.
He proved himself by displaying absolute knowledge of what he does. Gave me a very competitive bid and ended up in full satisfaction of the project with full flexibilities. His crew are the best in roofing, that I have come across in my 22 years career.

As far as commercial roofing, this company ranks among the best 3 in the industry from my own experience.

He helped me maintained my credibility and I am rest assured of his competence.

In years to come, we will work together on the rest of our properties and I fully recommend him to whoever wants absolutely phenomenal jobs/results without breaking the bank and not jumping the hoops. I did not have to chase him around nor supervise his teams.

My husband and I had some leaking in a second floor bedroom ceiling. Daniel came out and took a look around and gave us an estimate. A few days later a couple of his guys fixed the problem. Everything looks quite solid and waterproof now. Daniel was lovely to work with. Kind and friendly and responded quickly to correspondence. He was honest about the work that needed to be done and what might possibly be found once they removed some shingles and how much it might cost to repair. They ended up not finding any significant water damage, so they were able to stick to the estimate that Daniel gave us in the beginning. We would recommend him and his team to everyone who needs something done on their roof.

I had Windsor Roofing come out to provide an estimate due to a water leak; I was presented with multiple strategies to address my problem that left the decision-making in my hands in terms of price, timing, etc. At the same time, I had multiple other roofing companies provide estimates and second opinions but I chose Windsor due to the reviews, competitive pricing, and thoughtful approaches to solving my problem. Daniel was great to work with, provided a temp fix for my leak at no charge while I took several weeks to decide what I wanted to do and who I wanted to use, and did awesome work once I decided to move forward. New roof, new vents, looks great, and all done in ONE day.
