They allowed contractors of mine to make purchases on my credit card without authorization. They didn't check to see if they people even knew me.

I had some returns and they were not able to look them up under my account.I purchased thousands of dollars of materials under a credit card that was ok file and they refused to take any returns.

They delivered things to ky house and I didn't have the recieptsm it's sad they can't look up order history of people with cards on file. And why the return m it wantnt extra it was shiplap they delivered that was all bent lm should have went to home Depot. For things kind of service.

The people at Brill are all so nice.
They're knowledgeable, helpful and I feel comfortable going there. Thank you for great service.

Vastly different experiences between the two recent visits. First visit the guy did all he could to help me out, second visit he didn't want to offer the same level of assistance with an attempt to upsell by 6LF and a charge for cutting one of the boards (which was previously free). I much prefer giving my business to these smaller local companies but will not be visiting these folks again. I'll make the trip to Red Mill instead if Hancock doesnt have what I need. For reference, my visits were about 3 weeks apart. The blank stares upon entry weren't exactly welcoming either.
