Terry was wonderful, from our initial conversation he gave me a ballpark quote, then he got out to my listing in less than 24hrs, the final bill was LESS than what he quoted, as a realtor I work with lots of these kind of things and I can count on one hand how many times that has happened. We have sent several of our clients to Brighten Restoration to fix home damage. We have always had great feedback from the clients whether it was for mold remediation or water damage, Referring them has been easy.

I would not recommend this company to do any work. They just want to do a cash grab. They torn my kitchen apart spent two weeks drying it, telling me they want to make sure it dry. But the secret is they charge by the hour for their equipment which is the real reason it took so long. And then they just left. I had to find my own contractors to finish the kitchen and every time one came in they first thing they would say is “ who did the dry out?” Why I ask, “ because they did it all wrong” is their reply.
Do not use this company whatever you do.

Very prompt communication! I called and they had a technician (Jerry) out on the property same day. Jerry did a thorough evaluation and gave me options to remove some small mold spots in my kitchen. I still have to decide how to move forward, but I appreciated the professionalism and positive customer service.

Took great care of our bathroom after toilet leak. Did shrouding and drying and sub-floor repair for us. Had to remove old vanity and toilet. They put down protection for our floors and cleaned up after themselves so no mess was left in the house.

We had just recently found a crack in our sprinkler system and needed to get it fixed as soon as possible! I didn't have very much experience in making those kind of repairs, but luckily for us we found Brighten Restoration with Terry & Jerry! They were very friendly, professional and efficient and you can tell they care about their customers. They had our system fixed in only a couple hours! We were glad to have found these guys and will most definitely have their number on hand if we have any future issues.
